Not bad, some decent tracks - nothing spectacular. Drake was corny as fuck (per usual) and Jay definitely mailed it in too.

Only When I Walk Away.

So phenomenal

First listened to it while playing some fifa and I didn't even notice when the next song came on. I absolutely adored the first part but up to now, part two doesn't click with me.

True Blood, TKO, Gimme What I Don't Know, Only When I Walk Away, Caberet, Murder are GREAT.

yup, just add Amnesia and these are my favorites of the album too.

ugh the free shipping Target gives for the album gives me an estimated delivery of Thursday to Monday. Guess I'm going to Target before class on Monday.

Yep. Adding Amnesia to that list. Part 2 seems better; I am appreciating more of the tracks on it than part 1.

Part 1 feels more cohesive from start to finish. Part 2 tracks feel like they have their own little seperate vibe going on. If that makes sense.

Part 2 > Part 1 for me now.

Haven't given it the same time to digest I've given Part 1, but Part 2's melodies seem to be much more disappointing. Part 1's songs are just catchier, feel better written, and I guess the uptemponess is what I'm feeling more of.

None of the best songs on Part 2 touch the highlights of Part 1.

Picked up the Target Deluxe Edition this morning after my root canal (:-(). The 2 extra tracks are on a separate disc. Bonus tracks sound a lot better than the bootleg ones that were on youtube :-D.

I'm just saying, the Deluxe edition at target being separated into two discs marked "1 of 2" and "2 of 2" is confusing as fuck!

I saw others combining Pt. 1& 2 into a normal album so I figured I'd make my own:

1. Give me what I don't know (I want)
2. Don't Hold The Wall
3. True Blood
4. Tunnel Vision
5. TKO
6. Take Back The Night
7. Suit & Tie
8. Pusher Lover Girl
9. That Girl
10. You Got It On
11. Amnesia
12. Mirrors
13. Not A Bad Thing
14. Blue Ocean Floor

I feel bad for leaving Cabaret and Spaceship Coupe off as I like those as well. That Girl and You Got It On are severely underated with how beautiful there melodies are.

I disagree. Pt. 2 is a lot more immediate and to me takes better advantage of the time. There were a lot of tracks on pt. 1 that I was playing until I got to the good part which would be a couple minutes into the song. Although this one isn't as smooth and R&B flavored as pt. 1. This one is more uptempo, darker and in your face than pt. 1. True Blood and Amnesia in particular are pretty standout tracks that feel a bit more inteligently designed/paced than any of the tracks on pt. 1.

Bought the Target deluxe edition yesterday, and also managed to dispute my itunes pre-order (they made me download the clean version, when I had wanted the explicit version).

Listened to the album yesterday and though it was a nice continuation but once I ripped the Target version and dumped it onto my phone, it flows even better. Have yet to hear the bonus tracks from 20/20 Pt. 2 but I'm looking forward to it.

No Strawberry Bubblegum? :O Pretty good track list setup though, I especially like the Give me what I don't know into Don't Hold the Wall.

album on iTunes:
1. Justin Timberlake - The 20/20 Experience – 2 of 2
5. Justin Timberlake - The 20/20 Experience - The Complete Experience
10. Justin Timberlake - The 20/20 Experience – 2 of 2
28. Justin Timberlake - The 20/20 Experience - The Complete Experience

500k?

Just got the album earlier today. I definitely need to listen to it more as it didn't really catch me - almost sounded bland for more than a few songs. I'm sure i'll learn to appreciate/love it through more replays, as I did with the glorious part 1.

You Got It On is fire though. Reminds me of an R. Kelly - Step In the Name of Love (hell you sing along the chorus perfectly) and some Pusher Love.

So I smoked hookah last night with Chris Kirkpatrick. I was sitting next to the guy, he was with his fiance. He lives in my area, as do many celebs, so it was inevitable I'd bump into a few. He happened to be one of the first (I've seen Shaq driving around with Hoopz, as well).

Anyway, he was extremely nice. He knew we recognized him, and didn't play it off like a dick. He looked over to our table and smiled and kept talking to his friends and fiance. I also read his Rolling Stone interview about the MTV reunion, pretty insightful stuff.

Preach. You Got It On is lovely.

Part 2 is complete garbage compared to the all the other LPs that he has put out over they years. A couple of decent tracks, but compared to the part 1 of the 20/20 experience... WOW. What the hell happened? A solid album to a terrible one =\ Still excited to see him come Nov 30 @ Vegas... I'm hoping he doesn't play majority of his set with the second release.

I really didn't know what to make of this album after the first listen but in the past two days it's been on repeat constantly.

Murder, Drink You Away, and the first half of Not a Bad Thing in particular are standouts for me.
