That response...I just can't. My best and most hopeful guess is that Kanye's mental health team strongly suggested to him not to perform or do any high pressure activities right now. That being said, how many Trump voters are hip-hop fans? Not to stereotype, but I'm guessing not many. I've even heard a spokeswomen for Trump talk about rap as if only gangsters listen to it. So I don't think they'll care whether he's there or not. Also if I was Trump I would separate myself publicly from Kanye seeing that he's a loose canon that is impossible to control and a liability. But it's difficult to try to think like Trump because its impossible to tell what he actually thinks and feels inside, or if he really has any convictions at all.
In many ways both Trump and Kanye remind me of each other. Crazy rich, famous, influential, loves the company of beautiful women, spends money like its nothing, says stupid shit constantly, unpredictable, outspoken, is politically contrarian to most of his celebrity friends and family, generally behaves and acts bizarre... ect ect ect.
Or are those just symptoms of being a rich asshole? I suppose it could be a rich asshole thing.
