Europe. Low Quality stream seems to work (it's really slow though) but the HD one doesn't even start. I see the spinning star for a while and then the Play button. When I press play, the spinning star goes on like forever.

Ahh the IGN preview was from some correspondent they have in Australia that makes
perfect sense. I will bet money that once the US staff post all their impressions they
will be far more glowing. IGN has consistently been excited about the game.

Its also why its not a main headline on their site.

This is the best graphics I have EVER seen. Yeah, I think it LOOKS better than ANYTHING.

I almost cried seeing that desert video. Come on, that looks SO FUCKING GOOD!

I'm buying a PS3 because of this game, and I'll get a LCD TV soon too. Just for this game. SO amazing. I can't believe what I'm seeing.

BTW I REALLY can't understand WTF is IGN talking about. Really.

That's really strange. Both stream1 and stream2 servers seem to be working as usual since about 30 minutes (they got hammered hard before that).
 
The best video in my opinion is "Preview: Welcome part 1". Even though it's the level they've showed already, it's just ridiculous, like watching a war movie. I just can't believe they accomplished what they did there.
 
I'm loving all the videos. But the only thing I dislike is how you can see the whole world when you are attached to cover.

You can see as much of the world attached to cover as if you were not attached to cover. Perhaps the AI is a little slow to react in some cases too.

However, the game looks amazing in every way though. In-game music FTW!

I'm amazed how this game manages to push around so much geometry and ridiculous effects without barely breaking a sweat.

I think they kind of screwed up Mr. Convoy's skin shader though (probably others too but it's more obvious on him for some reason). They added more lighting effects on him, and now his face has that UE3 shiny shine look whereas it was more soft and natural before. More is not always better.
 
You know earlier I stumbled upon the 2005 CG KZ2 target trailer and I wasn't that impressed. Its still impressive sure but after seeing the real KZ2 in motion its scary how close it has come. So close that I'm just not as impressed with the target as I used to be.
 
IGN preview sucks major balls. Fuck em'. They'll lick other FPS's balls when some of them are the most generic piece of shit (no offense to anyone) but this is turning to be fucking awesome and someone at IGN wants more?
 
And to think, GOW 3 looks even better than this? I don't care about sales. Sony made the right investments by focusing on first party.

So I guess the publications are only allowed to post videos and screens of the three first levels, am I correct? Or can we assume more videos in the coming day(s)?

Gah, I kind of wish that someone would have created a new thread with all this new info. There's seems to so many new videos, I don't know where to start.

Has there been any interesting news released today, or has all the KZ2 media been in video form?

There's like 1 hour of footage on Gamersyde plus tons of videos on other sites, why would you want more? :D

Well to be fair the only part that really was "OMGWTFDIDIJUSTSEE" in the KZ2 CG trailer was when you actually got to see the whole city while getting out of the clouds and then seemlessly go to the ground and start playing. And that's the part that's missing from the game now.
The rest of the CG trailer was merely "OMGWTF" ;)
Guerilla sure managed to impress me with this game, and I'm hard to please when it comes to shooter. I'm still not going to play it, but then I don't play any FPS or TPS ;)
