Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990) back in theaters starting today 8/14 until 8/21 for the 35th anniversary

Awesome thanks for the image (I had forgotten the name) Looks really good.

Fun fact.. after seeing the movie i went on Spotify to listen to some of the movie sound track and found out that the Turtles album "Coming out of our (their) shells" was on it... that was a fun listen,.
I went to the Baltimore show and I remember having a good time despite the horrible traffic.

I watched it Friday with the gf (who had never never seen it). There was only four other people in the theater besides us. I fucking loved it as expected. It was so cool to hear Hammer blasting and Shredders hideout in full big screen glory with the kids playing free QBert and Bubble Hockey and smoking cigarettes :messenger_tears_of_joy: Shredder's entrance also looked and sounded fucking sick.

Girl's interest was set on during the Raph/Splinter scene after he comes in from losing to Casey and Splinter gets all loving father with Raph getting teary. She was glued til then.

As soon as the credits rolled, first words out of her mouth were "You all were really allowed to watch that as kids?" (there's a ten year age difference) :messenger_tears_of_joy:

Ralph/Splinter scene is peak.
Also love the beginning scene where Don asks Mike when they're waiting for pizza about what Splinter said that he won't always be around and Mike avoids the question.

Never looked at it that way. Wow. And then you see him really the most upset during the campfire scene :messenger_pensive:
