No, although they did think for a bit that the 11th season would be their last. The show was renewed for a 12th and 13th at the last minute so the 11th season finale was tweaked slightly to no longer be the series finale. But yeah, no revival for KotH until now, although Beavis & Butt-Head had a single season in 2011 before their recent revival (both were good).

Well they are indeed older. For those who critizes the series, just rewatch a couple of them and Hank was predicting wokeness to a great detail. We need bullies again.

Looking good to me. The boys look older, and it's kind of funny how gracefully the oafish Bill has aged compared to the playboy Boomhauer. I also like how they're all using new tech except for Hank, who looks very uncomfortable--very much in the spirit of the show where Hank is annoyed by changes and new ideas. Rumor has it the characters are about 8 years older, which would mean Bobby, Connie and Joseph are adults and the babies (Good Hank and Gracie) potentially viable characters for the first time.

Honestly of all the things we know about it, I'm mostly excited about Mike Judge and Greg Daniels being involved. Daniels helped flesh out the initial concept of the show (and directly came up with ideas like Nancy/John Redcorn, Dale being a conspiracy guy, and Cotton Hill, all majorly beneficial to the world building of KotH), and stuck with it until about season 6, which is also where the show started to dip in quality.
