You should, it's a great immersive RPG.Pro seems ambitious.
I've never played the first game though..
yeah I should but it's so long.Might be time to upgrade to 32GB of RAM.
You should, it's a great immersive RPG.
I’m sorry, 30 fps with a 4080 and 7800x3d? Surely this must be like, no upscaling right?
It's not THAT long. Took me 100+ hours to beat but because I played in Extreme mode, which doesn't let you fast travel.yeah I should but it's so long.
sequel is the same character correct?
Right? Now how about a 60fps mode for the first game?
Very good, I didn't expect 1060 in the minimum settings at all, this card will probably outlive me.
I think the memory problem will be more pressing every year, from next year 32 will most likely become the norm for games.
I also see that they did a good job on the consoles.
Seems about right considering the 1060 is just over 4 teraflops.
It has a normal duration. If you just go through the story 40-45 hours, but if you climb into side quests - 80 hours, and a full cleanup, as they correctly said, can be stretched out for 100 hours. But honestly, there is no point in quickly running through this game, this game has so many historically accurate details and in fact it is a museum, so it is better to slowly enjoy the process =)yeah I should but it's so long.
sequel is the same character correct?
Game supports DLSS and FSR, specs list native res.I’m sorry, 30 fps with a 4080 and 7800x3d? Surely this must be like, no upscaling right?
No, I'm even happy about it on one hand. Why not?
It will usually be the case for most multiplatform games because it's in and around the Series S.
I called it back in 2020 that this would be the case throughout the gen:
By this point in the gen the least powerful current gen console is always the anchor.
Hopefully, they have learned that CPUs have more than one thread. First one still runs like shit.Another game that will need upscaling and frame generation, to achieve playable frame rates....
And on the AMD site, this game is listed as FSR 2.2. If true, then anyone without an RTX 4000 GPU, that means no frame generation.

First one uses all 8 of my CPU threads and I am getting over 100fps in the most demanding place in the game..Hopefully, they have learned that CPUs have more than one thread. First one still runs like shit.
Not single-threaded anymore, but runs terribly. Extremely low GPU usage.First one uses all 8 of my CPU threads and I am getting over 100fps in the most demanding place in the game..
There's no reason to die on ultra graphics settings. Its gonna be the same deal as MH:Wilds. Lower a couple of settings to High and use frame generation to try and reach 90-100 FPS.LOL a 4080 to play the game at 4k 30 fps. Basically, you need a 4090.
C’mon guys, who the hell plays PC games at 30 fps? GTFO.
Black Myth had the same requirement for 4k but looked 10x better.
C’mon guys, who the hell plays PC games at 30 fps?
I will. Just like I did with stalker 2.There's no reason to die on ultra graphics settings. Its gonna be the same deal as MH:Wilds. Lower a couple of settings to High and use frame generation to try and reach 90-100 FPS.
If you don't like it, vote with your wallet.
Yeah, fingers crossed, otherwise not even going to attempt to try it.I’m sorry, 30 fps with a 4080 and 7800x3d? Surely this must be like, no upscaling right?
Try reducing them to High. The shadow setting is especially CPU intensive and costs ~25% of my system performance between high/ultra even at 640x480.max settings
Per Warhorse PR manager, all targets are without DLSS, so turning it on should improve perf.4k 30fps with a 4080? Are you joking?
There better be some DLSS here, if not we are cooked.
After you will cry if the mode is not good you expected and you can’t change anythingI like that they are doing only a 4K/60fps mode on the PS5 pro. I hope other devs do the same for the pro. They need to get rid of all of those different modes and keep it a simple 4K/60 fps like Mark Cerny explained in the ps5 pro deep dive.
