Talked with a rep, then a supervisor.
I was told it was NOT a website error. They have stock "trickling in", and the website can't keep up with the speed of orders. So, while it says processing now, you should know within 24 hours if you managed to get in.
It might still be beneficial to refresh the above link, if you are one of the first to order, you might get lucky.

Your bank holds funds until the bill from K-mart arrives. It's still a pending charge until that happens. If you get a cancellation email, your funds should be available in 24 hours. If you need it sooner than that, call your issuing bank and inform them that the charge was cancelled(if you used a debit card, you're shit out of luck until after Thanksgiving).

I just called too, because everyone had me paranoid and I definitely have a core pack coming to my house and another to my brother's. Don't worry, I wasn't being greedy and these aren't going on Ebay. We're playing these suckers.

Fuck it, I ordered. Hopefully the Christmas frenzy on eBay stays going steady. I'd like to sell it for at least $430-450 so that I can afford a Premium Pack when they are in greater supply.
The annoying thing is that probably now I'll start seeing Premium Packs all over the place, but won't have the cash to buy :lol

Looks like barebones Core systems are still going for around $560-600 on eBay. If that holds you should have enough for a Premium Pack, Wireless Adapter, and a game. Should be a nice tradeoff....

I have a second CC (which I'd rather not use) at the ready in case a Premium frees up, but I too hesitated multiple times before submitting the order.
I already bought an extra wired controller, extra rechargable battery, P&C kit, VGA cables, and 2 X360 games. All I lack is the Premium pack and the wireless adaptor. I even bought a 1 year subscription to XBox Live Gold. When I buy, I tend to go all out.
I got all of this loot back on the 16th or so.

That's not entirely true is it? The Premium 360 comes with that cool looking chrome finish on the DVD tray. Unless I'm mistaken, that can't be changed. So if I caved and bought a core pack, my 360 casing would forever remind me that I settled for the sucky version. I don't know if I can live with that. :\

I hope where it's shipping from is fairly close to me. I chose ground because I didn't feel like paying 40+ dollars just for shipping...
