Just noticed, seems like it was pushed from the 12th to the 26th. Unless Koei made some kind of mistake when announcing the date, but I remember clearly reading March 12th.

My HMV pre-order is for the 12th... So it probably has been changed.
Not that it matters when they release it, really. Hardly anyone will buy it.
