Been trying to expand my support pool past Janna and Nami, and now liking Karma quite a bit. I bought her really early on, but never really messed with her much because I couldn't wrap my brain around her Mantras. She's been clicking better now and I'm really liking her a lot. Tons of utility with her kit and her E is just crazy good in general. Think I'm gonna keep trying to improve with her.

Sometimes games are just completely nuts. This was a complete slaughterfest, with 97 kills in 36 minutes (and the one gap where we did baron was actually a 2-man sneak while Lee Sin and I tried to dive the enemy nexus towers). Ended up with an S, a quadra-kill, and just pipped Twitch to most damage to champs, though he had far more kills. Also Veigar spent the entire game flaming his lane opponent and his team in all chat. I'm a bit shocked by just how much fighting there was in that game. It was actually played pretty well by most, just at non-stop intensity.

Well, I don't think you can say it was all that well played with people dying so much and so often, since that means players on both teams were getting into fights they couldn't win, or not knowing when to pull back to avoid unnecessary deaths. I mean, pro play matches are really intense, but intensity really isn't about high bodycounts.

that's a fairly sizeable nerf. w full ratio goes down from %64 to %48 and r ratio goes down to 75%

well deserved but i wonder why they don't nerf gunblade already, that thing is not good for the game

I guess it makes sense where they're tuning the numbers, though. Sad news as someone who sucks at landing their Charms, lol.

Is Singed's playstyle these days more or less entirely 'push down a lane'? I was wondering why he'd buy Zzrot Portal other than that. He also seems to completely forgo Rod of Atos which is baffling to me (although Righteous Glory has the same passive so I get that).

I know he was always that to some extent so to see him going all in on that strategy isn't too strange I suppose

Singed is almost entirely a split pusher. The playstyle is basically to put so much pressure on a lane that it requires at least 2 people to deal with him, then he uses ult & other movement enhancers to get away.

ahri and leblanc abuse it for the sustain and as a fake dfg and only other user i can think of is katarina and she mostly just wants the extra burst. maybe corki but haven't seen mid corki in a million years? i can't remember the last time i saw akali being played either

this item is mostly being used by two champions that shouldn't have easy access to more sustain and burst

also kinda sucks they're going to nerf syndra too, although her being dominant on competitive is probably proof enough she's out of line. she doesn't feel too op to me but i might be mistaken since i'm not playing her much

Bard is such a fun support to play. I wish I could jungle him, but even just clearing in customs by myself is a chore and a half. I'd never, ever actually give it a real go in an actual match.

Also, Sej rework is still ridiculously good and well put together.

She does, absolutely, but when there's one item (or rather anything that's commonly available to all champions) that's warping several champions balance, address that item first, then get on with balancing that individual champion.

Her fucking traps are disgusting. Whoever thought it was a good idea to give her that kind of lane pressure on top of her absurd range is either a silver Caitlyn main or someone who has no idea whatsoever of what healthy gameplay means. Probably both.

But how are you going to sell these pricey skins if she's not a stupid champ, right? Same goes for Ahri.

I've only had two jungle games this season where I was able to get two buffs in my first clear. I won both those games.

Gold elo really don't give a shit about guarding the jungle buffs.
