A bit random but I wonder how many people in the world are asexual. We have rough estimates for the gay population, and I believe trans too, but I wonder if there any numbers for asexuals.

I don't know how popular these apps are in Sweden, but maybe try discreetly opening up Scruff/Grindr/Growlr/Idk while you're at the gym, and see if he pops up as one of the nearby profiles. I mean it's a long shot, but if he's there then bam you have some kind of confirmation that he's at least interested in other dudes.

It's for stuff like this that makes me wonder I should have these kinds of apps on my phone as a kind of gay ID card/directory.

I used to think that, but Grindr is rather worthless for that as it only shows men that have logged on in the past hour. The others, except Tinder, are niche or location specific. And Tinder only shows you one profile at a time in random succession.

Obviously, the best course of action to wear a t-shirt that says, "Hey! I'm Gay!", if you're looking to connect with random gays. That or have a massively attractive white, tall male friend that will draw them to you like a beacon. Maybe.

If he was on Grindr or any of the other big gay communities we wouldn't be having this discussion. This is a pretty small town so I hardly need to time it when we're both at the gym; there's usually only about 10 guys within the city limits visible on Grindr. I realize this means the chances that he's gay are small and even then it's unlikely that he'd be interested. I wouldn't normally be obsessing about a random hot guy like this, but it's simply ridiculous how hot he is

when he's right next to you at the gym (so he can hear), whip out your phone and pretend to have a brief conversation with a friend where you reference the fact they you're in video game development. the guy will then know you're the shit and he'll hopefully strike up a conversation with you if he's interested.

I've been watching a lot of Chef Gordon Ramsey lately and I just can't get over the fact that I've been eating dull boring flavorless food all my life. It has been an eye opening experience.

He needs to read a couple books of game development first unless he risks being discovered the first minutes,but it should be worth it.

I'd need an acting class to do a convincing fake phone call, but I have a moderately successful indie game career so that part wouldn't be a problem.

Looks really cool! Glad you posted those WIP clips. Is this the style you'd like for the finished game? I mean, using pastel colors and that cel-shaded look?

I haven't been to Sweden, but my friend who married a Swede basically told me the same things you said in the earlier post (about not approaching people), so I bet it's not that easy.

You could be daring and walk up to him even if you don't hear him talking about indie game development (but you know, don't lead with the game stuff so he doesn't think you're a stalker). Then again, this is Sweden and only alcoholics and foreigners talk to people for no reason.

Eh, it's a bit tricky. You know you're not supposed to be social outside of the approved hours and locations (i.e. weekends and bars).
