I'm actually surprised Rainbow Moon PS4 went that fast. It didn't take much longer than the Vita version. But that's a good thing.

Rainbow Moon PS4 sold out first? Did not expect this.

From what I saw, the Vita version sold out first. But not by much, which I found surprising.

Edit: Oh, I see what you mean, by what it shows on the website. Ok, maybe the Vita didn’t sell out first.

Was it available earlier? I might come back and try and get it during the second batch, assuming some are left.

Soundtracks went live a few minutes early, glad I did separate orders. Actually ordered the vita game separately too. 3 orders, but I got in all of it. Was nervous after the last one.

It doesn't matter what it says on the site, Vita was unavailable much earlier than PS4.
I mean, a shit ton more people have a PS4 than a Vita. I think that poll result was just a vocal minority thing

Nah that doesn't matter. For almost all LRG releases so far Vita demand was higher.

PS4 is mass market, while Vita has a strong niche, something collectors go for. So far I've bought all PS4 & Vita releases but if I ever drop one of the two platforms, it will be the PS4.

Somehow managed to nab both "Rainbow Moon" and "Shadow Complex" for the PS4 despite every fiber in my being urging that I pass on the former. I've heard plenty of positive remarks about the RPG, but I vehemently detest grinding mechanics as a result of feeling it's an excuse to pad out a product. I simply don't have time to invest in an 80-100+ hour journey when it lacks on narration and pacing. I don't know what to do with it, but I guess there's the faint hope within me that it'll be the one to change my mind on the matter. Deep down, however, I know I'm just grabbing it avoid paying the scalper premium down the line if I were to become interested in the piece. The remaster is the real major league steal from my understanding and I'm looking forward to playing that between the two titles. I still need to crack down on three other LRG games that I haven't finished.

Anyhow, I'm looking forward to the competition with iam8bit. I think it's pretty stellar to have other companies offering more physical copies in an increasingly digitized world. "Rez Infinite" was a grandslam out of the gate if this is honestly the beginning of a limited run with their offerings. I look forward to picking up a copy as it's the single thing keeping my interest for the PSVR. Guess I should go ahead with speculating on a retail version of "Hyper Drifter" coming from them with the previously established ties for the fake SNES pack.

I think Rainbow Moon Vita sold out first.
Yeah, idk. Not sure how it works, but I just glanced back at the home page at that point and saw a 'Sold Out' badge only on RM PS4 and RM Soundtrack. *shrug*

I saw the Vita copy was sold out very shortly after anyway. Might have actually sold out first, and just displayed sold out later.

I’m actually surprised the website doesn’t show the Shadow Complex bundle being sold out.

It very well may be, and it’s not showing, but I had figured that would sell out as fast as Rainbow Moon, if not faster.

I can't get the payment screen to process anyone else have that issue? Strange, I used amazon payments guess I'll use regular or paypal.

Was in like Flynn and picked up the Shadow Complex bundle. Very excited to finally play this game! My psychotic levels of patience will finally be rewarded.

If anyone is interested in playing Saturday Morning RPG but keep their copy sealed then there is a flash sale on PSN right now where it's just below 3 bucks. Thinking about doing this myself.

Edit: same with Soldner.

It seems there is an inventory quantity for Rez which is currently in the 6500 range.
Did anyone catch what it was at the start?

Thanks for mentioning. I'm sure I'll still have time, but I was gonna wait and pick it up whenever/in a few days, guess I'll try to grab it today.

My thoughts exactly !

And gotta look and maybe book that rez infinite today. They said it was going online today, but is it just for one day ? What's this with a "6500 inventory" ?

Are the single and bundle versions of Shadow Complex really not sold out yet? Again, looking at the 'bar'. But I would have figured by now the items would register as "Sold Out".

Oh, the Shadow Complex bundle you cannot add to cart any longer. But you can (attempt to) with the single version.

Both are gone. Trying to check out with Shadow Complex also errors out.

This was scary fast for the first half of a nearly 7000 strong print run. Wow.

Bought Rez as well this afternoon...CAD 80$ with shipping...ouch. X_X

I was just about to check out when I noticed the final price. $26 for shipping? Fuck that. I really want a physical copy of Rez Infinite, but $80 CAD for what will likely be a ~$20 title is ridiculous. Really wish LRG or Fangamer would have got it instead.

It's currently available for pre-order so there shouldn't be a set timeframe for availability. I believe the inventory number was pulled from the Shopify system so there's a chance the game will become unavailable completely if the print is limited and they sell out the entire stock.

Crazy!

Welcome to iam8bit, where the ride never ends.

Yeah, I'm not getting behind that at all.

For real. I went to buy it but I don't know if I will now. What's with that shipping price?

Just bought Shadow Complex today too and I had no problem with the shipping price.

I just checked my confirmation email from Fangamer for Shovel Knight Vita. You know how much they charged me for shipping? $4. Really makes iam8bit look scummy.

Yeah I heard their shipping can be rather slow but you can't beat $4 international shipping. Paid that to Germany as well

I'm fine with LRGs shipping as well though since I usually order more than one and they take care of customs
