Jason Kidd murdered my dog in cold blood!
He intentionally hit a cop while going at an incredibly high speed, probably approaching 100. He's done.

Yeah, he is 100% toast after that little incident. And it was so, so unnecessary. Cop wasn't even doing anything except chilling there.

If he doesn't have a record they won't throw the book at him

Yeah you're right it wouldn't be that long

Alleged victim was a police officer or firefighter: If the alleged victim was a police officer or firefighter and working in that capacity at the time the assault occurred, you can face up to 12 years in prison depending upon the type of weapon used in the assault.

That's still a long ass time though, and it's not even counting the other charges. Dude must have been running for one reason or another because if it was just from road rage? He dun fucked up.

The cop started to spin out and managed to regain control, too. Some great driving skill, that shit isn't easy to do when you're going 80+

it could have been he wasnt paying attention/not looking in the right direction. seemed too aggressive and unnecessary compared to his regular aggressive driving pattern. it was out of character, so to speak.

He went out of his way, across lanes, and directly hit the cop. No way he weasels out of that one.

He was weaving in and out of traffic and driving like a pro for the whole chase before and after the hit. Not a mistake.

nekkid

It doesn't matter who we are, what matters is our plan.
I was in LA for the whole of last week, and didn't see a single chase.

I'm disappointed.

i'm not saying it was, but like you said he was driving like a pro before and after. it was a very weird move.

The chase is an automatic 6 months to a year no matter what. The reckless driving and assault will probably get him 5-8 years. If he has no record but if he's a felon he's most defiantly fucked then.

What is it about LA that lends itself to so many car chases lol

And it's hilarious that there's so many of them, ABC has their own high speed chase cam technology

LA is a large flat expanse of suburban sprawl criss-crossed by a massive
ly inadequate
freeway system. There's a reason why we've been to Los Santos multiple times now but we're never going back to San Fierro. ;_;
