Any romances / bromances formed?

I'm sorry I couldn't be there.. looks like I missed out! I totally thought I'd be able to go, but an unexpected bill left me unable to afford leaving my suburb of Bristol let alone going to London...

I already have my Eurogamer tickets and I'll be up for one in a couple of months. June / July time is probably better for me than May. I've never been to that Namco place, looks kinda cool!

Great pics Qasiel, thanks for sharing!

Just found a checker shirt in my avatar colours from my wardrobe, will need to wear it next time to freak J Tourettes out

Picture time!

Thanks for taking all of the pictures dude! Also might I say that it was a master stroke to wear that Beanie so that we could recognise you to start the meetup. I actually walked past you and Kazenone at least twice before we actually got talking, lol.

Next time we do a meetup, I suggest meeting up earlier in the day. I think we had a really good vibe at Namco Station and it was a bit of a shame that we were turfed so early. Also with the Dodgems / Air Hockey / Pool / 4 Player Pacman, there is plenty to do! The place you took us to afterwards was actually pretty good, but I felt sorry for those that had to stand for a long period of time. When we all got to sit down together we had a good laugh though.

Some suggestions for next time round:
- Hyde Park. (If we have good weather, what about lunch in the park?)
- South Bank. (Dat Culture).
- South Kensington. (Free Museums, etc).
- Leap Parkour Park (http://www.parkourgenerations.com/LEAP), hell of a lot of fun, if your into your physical excercise.
- Laser Tag. (http://www.ultimatelasertag.co.uk/starcommand/trocadero-laser-tag-photo-gallery.asp). Basically Quasar, but would be fun with a ton of Gaffers.

These are both genius ideas. Can you imagine us lot tearing round the science museum, and the natural history museum? Carnage! And laser tag would be great, we would just take over the place.

Agree with meeting up earlier next time, and I'll be more than happy to take on the mother hen role once again :D

My one problem with the night was namco station not playing match of the day, showing Italian football instead.

Ah, looks like you chaps had a blast. Good stuff. Hopefully I'll be free next time so you can include pictures of a naked man throwing up.

I'm still expecting someone to post that they didn't make it due to asking shady characters "Gaf?" and getting promptly arrested on the pretense that "Gaf" is the new street name for crack etc.

It was such a good night, and I'm saddened I didn't get to be part of hardcore-gaf (I had only just got off of night shifts so my body was trying to adjust!). Definitely next time, though!

Talking of which, TheGoldenGunman, those sound pretty fantastic. Musems and Quasar should be great fun and lunch in Hyde Park sounds like the quintessential Brit thing to do! I'll pack cucumber sandwiches!

You know it would rain the day we'd have it planned for though, with our shitty weather.

I believe I was the only person who did not meet other gaffers when asking "gaf?"

Expanding on the Hyde Park idea, I could always borrow the softball kit from work if people fancied it? It's a cheap day out as you can bring your own food and drink. The game's a piece of piss and you can eat and drink when playing.
