The soundtrack is PURE SHIT.

There's only a couple mother fucking song from The End.

They put Kate's shit song but left the Jack one (from the lighthouse) out. unfuckingbelievable.

The music from Locke and Bens scene in the end is missing, the music from Locke's awakening is missing--the music when Lapidus says Amen is missing.

I'm pretty sure most of the music from Across the Sea is missing.

Fuck.
FUCK.

Then again, I'm just going by the track listing, so I hope to Jacob that I'm wrong.

According to reports, this set only covers up to episode 13, "The Candidate." The two bonus cues are from the last three episodes of the series. "Moving On" is the awesome tear-jerker final piece of music from "The End." There are rumors that Varese might release a "Volume 2" or possible limited edition "Club" set with music from the last three episodes of the series. But that is all rumor and wishful thinking at this point.

I dunno, it's not that bad. At least we get something from The End.

Yea, this whole thing is just too weird if they don't do a soundtrack for The End. After how amazing the music was, I find it odd that they would just not release that. Plus, the whole "bonus track" wording is a sign to me. Why would they label those songs as bonus tracks? Why are they a bonus? Sounds to me like they're a bonus from a possible future soundtrack. Hopefully that's what happens.

Hey, don't get me wrong--I love S6 soundtrack as a whole, but I feel we need MORE tracks for The End. I mean, it's the series finale: and Young Giacc said it himself: The End was like a movie in terms of music composition.

Season 3's soundtrack featured THE ENTIRE score for the finale (Through the Looking Glass). Why shouldn't The End get similar treatment? I understand it's a long ass episode, but what we have right now is just pathetic. It amounts to less than 20 minutes of music.

We need The End. S6 was extremely strong as a whole, but it's incomplete without the final episode.

I hope they release a bonus CD, but it's still missing shit from The Last Recruit, Across the Sea, and The Candidate as well.

True. TLR, TC, and WTDF has tons of good stuff. I'm not remembering to score in AtS too well :lol .

Awesome! Some of the ones I like so far are The Rockets' Red Glare, Jacob's Ladders, Catch a Falling Star, None the Richard, Shepharding Sun, George of the Concrete Jungle, World's Worst Car Wash, Passing the Torch, The Last Recruit, Kool-Aid Claire, The Sub Group, The Hole Shabang, Moving On... there is just too much awesome!

I just picked the show up again on Netflix last week, after watching the first 13 eps a few years back.

Though the series ending was spoiled for me by my gf (she just nonchalantly blurted it out when I mentioned I was getting back into it, she doesn't even watch it ffs), I'm still really enjoying it.

The opening scene of Season 2 is just amazing, amazing television.

Search the GAF threads for the respective episodes, otherwise you will go insane finding out what people's reactions were to the twists and turns of the story.

I'd recommend the opposite. I didn't watch Lost until last Winter, somehow I managed to avoid any major spoilers and it was great watching it with a "clean slate", I didn't have to listen to any bitching or over hyping to warp my expectations. I had the benefit of forming my own, objective opinion on the show.
It was nice.

Fine.

But half the fun was seeing how GAF reacted. Shows like this are better with an audience.

I don't think I'll be doing that for every episode, but I'm sure GAF raged at the idiotball everyone picked up with this
108 minutes
bullshit.

Ha, the numbers are like one of the most iconic things from the show :lol !

I see them everywhere!

One of the best things about Lost was how it would introduce something or someone you wouldn't like and then over time you would grow to like it.

Wishing everyone in London at the Prince Charles a safe marathon. I won't be offended if you sleep thru the beginning of Season Three.

:lol

So the first thing it makes fun of is that Jacob never introduced himself to save people until the final season and that doesn't make sense right?
But he did it to prove MiB wrong that humanity is something worth saving, something great.
I guess some people didn't get that.
Gee, I wonder why. Could it be because it was freaking stupid (so Jacob brought all those people just to make a point... and he let them get slaughtered by a murderous smoke monster upon arrival for nearly two millennia? okay!), mentioned only once in the entire series and somewhat overshadowed by that thing about how he was bringing "broken" people to replace him?

I liked the scene when Hugo shares his chocolate bar with Ben.

Twice. The original airing and the day or so after. Haven't watched any episodes of LOST since. Waiting another year to rewatch.

I think all the hate over time consumed you and left you misguided which has led your to belief that "The End" is something shorter than a masterpiece.

I think when you rewatch the whole show and finish that you will realise that the finale is the most highly polished and about as close to perfect that lost can get.

:D

Im sure theres a scene with Sayid in lost where he says "but you loved her" so I can think of a clever reply but I cant think of what it is. :lol

So, Solo, what will you tell him?

Jon Hamm -- when he asks what you did, what show you abandoned, to start watching Mad Men... what will you tell him?

I will tell him that I should be thanking him every morning when I wake up, along with Jesus, for giving me another day.
