Damn, and the dog was still active too? My lab was 15 when he passed and he seemed super ollllld at that age.

My dog (a lab) just passed away last week at 14. She was the oldest dog I've ever had. Most died about 11 or so (her sister lived to be 12 1/2).

Had a cat live 20 years. I think the record for them is like 37.
