Yes. Ocarina of Time 3DS basically makes it possible to enjoy the game's immense qualities without the dated technological drawbacks.

I really am not a fan of the Link model (same they used in OOT 3D) but everything else is looking nice. I like the more exaggerated moon face. Also glad they kept the trailer kinda strange. Didn't superimpose the traditional Zelda epic music on it.

Most days I consider Majora's Mask to be my favorite game of all time. I hope they do the game justice. I'm excited but hesitant at the same time. Doesn't look extra bright like OOT was so that is a good sign. Creepy link statue and mask transformations look intact.

A bit sad it is on 3DS. Would have preferred to wait a few years and see it on a home console but its day one regardless.

EDIT: Don't you touch the time system Nintendo. Don't you do that! Just as it has always been. Single save state (non-reloadable) is fine but nothing else!

Please tell me you've learned from ALBW Nintendo and made the inventory/menu also accessible via tactile buttons. I hated that in Ocarina.

Oh thank God the graphics are only marginally improved and the music sounds as shitty as it did in 2000! I'd hate to see Nintendo properly remake the most beloved Zelda game of all time.

I don't think so, I remember someone who worked on ALBW saying that they wanted to do touch screen drags in OoT but couldn't because of 30fps. The touch screen might have been running at a different res though.

The 3DS trailer is so hideous. Sounds terrible, too. It irks me that a remaster (which is basically what this is) looks old already. God damn, those N64 Zeldas just weren't for me....

I'm glad I kept putting off another replay of the original game, so now I can re-experience the game again for 3DS.

What? No. That would completely ruin the design of the game.

Really happy this is coming to 3DS but I'm not really sure how well a higher IQ will work for it. One of those games that was made to be blurry.

Well we all knew it was only a matter of time but good to have it confirmed. Held off playing the N64 version for this.
