I didn't like Zoo Keeper at at all first, but it's grown on me ever since. It may be my most-played DS game at this point.

Meteos is coming!

Zookeeper is awesome. It's probably the presentation that's getting to you, which is understandable considering stuff like Lumines and Meteos is available or is coming soon. Shoot, ZK's presentation is even surpassed by older puzzle games like Teris Attack (Nintendo should be ashamed for not having a TA DS right now).

I found the idea having to clear animals for every move a different stategy than Tetris Attack (I've never played Bejeweled). Personally I prefer moving pieces without clearing them so I can set up long combo chains.

Zoo Keeper most certainly does not suck. Neither does Polarium. Or Wario. Unfortunately, it's everything thing else on the DS besides these three that sucks.

The goal isn't to chain, it's to eliminate your whole quota as fast as possible. The way to get real points is to move to the next level.

To score that high you have to unlock Super Hard Mode by finish first in the rankings for all the gameplay modes. When you play the game on Hard or Super Hard difficulty, you get a higher score for combos.

My wife is already at over 4 million in the regular mode.

Quota is the number of animals you need to clear before moving to the next level. Pay attention to the top screen.
