It's a sort of biographical manga by Tsutomu Adachi, Mitsuru's older brother about their relationship, how they both become manga artists and how they influenced each other. For those of you who have read or are reading Touch, you might be able to see some parallels to the Tatsuya-Kazuya dynamics.

As for likes and dislikes, I don´t have any preferences really. About the only two things I can´t handle are Horror and NTR. Looking at the list, Tetsuwan Girl and Omoide Emanon look interesting and since someone recommended Kingdom aswell I´ll put those 3 on the list for now. Thanks!

I don't know what to say about this. It's a 4-koma work and has a story of job hunting for a girl who turn NEET after high school. The cautiously optimistic atmosphere within the theme was pleasant and makes it difficult to dislike the manga. However, there was nothing really insightful and the humour are mostly a miss for me.

I guess I would sum it up as I don't like it but I certainly don't hate it either.

It's mediocre and ends abruptly.

Also, you'll quick suggestions, Prison School is a must read, just be warned that it's very lewd.
Berserk is a must read too, just be warned that it releases 2-6 chapters a year.

Lots of other stuff worth mentioning, but I'm sure others will fill you in with more suggestions.

As for recommendations try Tokyo Ghoul a Seinen that's psychological and contains lots of symbolism.

Try The Breaker and the sequel The Breaker:New Waves, it's a really good martial arts manga.

Lastly try Barakamon it's a really great Slice of Life and it's also really funny.
