I really dont see what you or kurita find with Tokyo Wonder Boys character designs. It continues the trend of being some of the better ones in the magazine. The character reminds me of good anime/game art, and something maybe even close to Free!s Haru potentially.

I just finished this. Wow. The ending was a strange mix of emotions. I kind of feel better about my life, but at the same time I feel like I want to do something destructive. I guess that's sort of the whole point of the manga though, now that I think about it.

Just watch the raws man, there's nothing to understand it's only awesome pictures after awesome pictures.
If then there's something juicy in the text then you'll be double happy when you'll read it in an understandable language.

The Kitazato plot is the best thing in this series so it is sad to see something so well done, done mere chapters before the story is ended. If the series had instead opened focused on Kitazako and the teams fall with Yips (sp?) then maybe it could have been a good baseball series. Sadly
