I do agree it was stupid for Madara to drop those tools but more importyantly it shows he has gotten arrogant. Right now (and rightfully so) he thinks he is invicible which may lead to reckless mistakes like dropping the ninja tools of the SAGE OF SIX PATHS lol.

By having the same looking characters in every work, there is a sense of nostalgia and familiarity that helps in easing the reader in, which also adds to the charm of Adachi's stories that thrive on a sense of nostalgia and laid back mood. There is nothing like a page devoted to the changing season which then turns into a self depreciating joke or a pervy look toward some girl.

GIven the recurring themes aren't there high chances to reading the same exact situations with the only difference being the name of the characters? Isn't that incredibly boring to a certain extent?
Or even, there is this beautiful scene but you don't actually like the mc like the one in that other work made ten years ago and wish it was used on that one, isn't that annoying?

So I started reading this, some thoughts:
- Mashiro and Azuki are stupid as shit. There is nothing romantic about this and it almost makes me angry. Takagi + Miyoshi is the much better pair.

- I find it a bit of a bummer that there hasn't been much about the technical side of manga writing but more about the competitions. There was some of that in the beginning but they seem to have completely abandoned it
- How realistic is it really for kids in school to get serialized. C'mon son.

As someone here has just said recently, it's because how similar they are that it's almost impossible to dislike one series while liking another, the same for the MCs. If you don't like a manga by him from the start, you wouldn't pick up another anyway.

What Akito said (if you like one of his works, you usually like them all) and while the settings can be similar (especially when baseball is the backdrop sport of the story), the journey to the end is what really counts.
Plus, when I read Adachi I start longing for something, as I said there is this nice nostalgic yet relaxing feeling. Sometimes this song plays in my head even.
Sincerely after a month of stop the last thing i would see is a sneak peek of a time skip and then a flash back of what happened.

As for the mystery guy, I'd say "hey, we know of an Uchiha who got his heart pierced and mysteriously survived anyway, remember! Hashirama had apparently seen/heard/felt something right before passing out, maybe it's the same guy (whose hobby apparently is to save Uchiha psychopaths' lives)? let's connect the dots!"... but yeah, it's Kishimoto, so I probably shouldn't expect much in that area (remember how Obito bragged about having manipulated Yahiko into creating Akatsuki? or how he used to be Mizukage kinda sorta? yeah). Plus, those look like dirty "I've just been a fight" feet...
Still, I'd like to know how Madara survived that old fight/wound. Surely, considering how they were so sure Madara was dead, Hashirama didn't wake up to a distinct-lack-of-corpse, right? So there was a fake corpse? And it fooled everybody?

From the harem genre? The only one I can stand is Keima from TWGOK. Otherwise, if we're talking about shojo manga, then I like Yanagi from the Last Game. I guess Miyamura from Horimiya is good, too. For shonen, I like Tanaka from Yandere Kanojo.
As for manga that aren't strictly romance focused, I recommend Spirit Circle and Kono Oto Tomare! heavily.
