The trick is to not speed up the gif and it'll play normally.

I bought the luigi one.
Speeding up and slowing down the gifs I make worked every other time, unless I forgot to comfirm the changes made. I was trying to speed it up because the current speed was the normal one.
Yeah that was from Wario's goldmine but I didn't save it and it wasn't in the recent races when I checked.
The whole thing was a mess.
Good room overall but some people where just plain annoying to play with.
Like that D-player guy who kept warping all over the place messing with the item roulette or that Bowser guy.. Ugh
