It's a Steelbook.

It's the SE. It's the Tin. The plastic connector is chipped and has a decent size crack where in connects too.Pappasman said:Switch the art and disc to the case of a game you don't play anymore.
Guess I'll email Capcom too.GuardianE said:It's worth asking. I remember my RE5 Steelbook was broken, and they had me send the broken one to them so they could send me a new Steelbook. I can't remember who I contacted. It may have been the Capcom Store, even though I didn't order from them.
Is it the standard edition case?shintoki said:Okay help me out here a bit. I received a broken case. The inside plastic is cracked, where the bottom is falling apart a bit. Basically the connecting between the two Tin's is broken. It's broken, but it's still holding together. I contacted Amazon and they said I could return it for a new one or take 20% off the price I paid(12$). Do you know if it is possible for Capcom to sell replacement cases? I don't really want to wait for a new copy, and 20% is tempting. Is there a way to repair them too?

bumpkin said:Today's obligatory "fuck you, Capcom store... Still no sign of my game" post... At least the tracking information has been updated, but it's still about two states away as of 5pm-ish yesterday. Hopefully it'll be here tomorrow. :-/
Definitely not pre-ordering anything through Capcom's online store ever again and advising all friends and family against it as well. Such horse shit. Don't say people will have it on release day if they order by x day unless it's true! GGRRRR!

I hate switching characters just because someone is spamming projectiles. Thanks to SF I can adapt, but sometimes that shit is frustrating as hell. My team consists of Wesker / Mag / Sent in that order. Wesker is point and builds up meter for me to go to work with either Maggy or Sent. Outside of the EM Disruptor assist and Sent force, how do you get in on keep-away assholes like Deadpool and co.
Disruptor comes out quick, but eating chip damage when I'm on the field with Mag is not ideal, especially when they have someone like Storm on reserve for Ice Storm shenanigans.
I'm already considering replacing Sent, but right now the team "works" for me.

I still have yet to receive my Capcom order. I wound up just going to my local K-Mart and picking up an SE for the Xbox 360. Now, the next big question is, do I simply return my second SE copy, or see if any fellow Gaffers want it?Xevren said:The tracking said my copy showed up in my city as of 5 AM yesterday and still hasn't shown up here yet. On top of that my order is gone from all the tracking services so I have no idea what the hell is going on. Shit is driving me crazy. I knew I should have just bought it locally.
That'd make me crazy for sure. I just hope it gets here safe, sound and soon... I seriously thought for a minute that maybe it got stolen. I thought it was weird that there was no activity on the tracking number yesterday.Xevren said:The tracking said my copy showed up in my city as of 5 AM yesterday and still hasn't shown up here yet. Ferrio said:Man SheHulk's runner start input is annoying as hell. I know why they did it... but I hate non standard motions like that.
Like Lei-Lei alot, except for her dash, annoying as hell when I get a fullscreen stun and know I won't reach them in time.
I'm trying to learn She-Hulk and my fingers hate the runner start input too. Down, Down, S, forward or back, then whatever does not come naturally. I played Fuerte in SF4 and his run was a lot easier to go in and out of. Hopefully I'll be able to train myself to the point where I can do it quickly. Comboing using her run into torpedo OTG is rough to get out quick enough.Ferrio said:Man SheHulk's runner start input is annoying as hell. Rummy Bunnz said:Yeah, it's better than SF4's, but for quite a few characters it quickly goes from 'extremely basic' to 'you'll probably never use this in an actual match.' And even if they are good combos they can be tricky for some folks since there STILL isn't a demo showing you how to do the combo. And the inputs aren't displayed on screen at all times. And the later missions can't fit all the moves on screen simultaneously. It's an improvement but it's still lacking.
At least it teaches you the super easy bullshit Sentinel combos though!

Lost Fragment said:So I think the thing I'm having the most trouble getting used to at this point is how much this game relies on all kinds of crazy means of transportation to get around. It's a far cry from SSF4. Not that I was expecting it to be similar or anything.
The button layout is also taking a bit of getting used to. Like if I have a move that looks like a heavy kick sometimes I'll push the A2 button because that was the heavy kick button in SF4.
Combine all this with assists and a ton of other mechanics that I'm not used to and too often I'll find myself in the middle of a fight thinking too much about what I should be doing, and you can't really do in this game because everything happens so fast.
I'll get used to it all pretty quick, but right now it's pretty humbling how terrible I am at this game.
TheApatheticOne said:Newb question - How, if you can, do you get out of team aerial combos? Maybe it was just a string of games I was playing, but everytime I got launched, I was hit with the full maximum everyone on the team getting a piece combo. I can do them, but still struggling to hit them without any sort of regularity. It seemed like everyone was seasoned vets last night at it.
GatorBait said:Can anyone reliably do Dante's SRK + M xx SRK + M style change move? It changes it from the Beowulf ground pound to a bunch of punches/kicks with the Beowulf gloves/boots. It seems like a pretty awesome move (I think it launches at the end), but I can't get it to come out reliably at all in practice mode.
if someone calls in an assist, can you trap both of them in his level 3? that would be quite hilarious.Threi said:doom is SO sick.
