Come to think of it has anyone got any good clips of Spencer? The guy destroys in teams and can use his zipline to escape and out distance a lot of hypers. He's a beast for power on his regulars and his bionic arm is the fastest full screen hyper you could wish for to cut off other hypers. Plus all the wall bounce and launch with him on top of the big overhead punch normal that eats standing guards alive.

Why no clips yet? Someone please fix the lack of Spencer in this thread!

i suck at the game but i can see his potential. Covering his slow stuff with an assist goes a long way, his zip line is a great way to get both in and out. I'm more comfortable using him on point than I am using Skrull, strangely enough.

This is one of those stupid newbie questions here: The Shoryuken motion. Any good way to re-learn that after having my muscle memory tainted by the shortcuts in SSFIV?

Well I don't use a stick, but since the SNES days of SF I could do a DP motion with pretty much starting at forward and qcb to down, then back to forward pretty much. In other words, start forward->down->forward. And it typically works out in MVC3. If that produces errors, you can try stopping at down-forward on the way up. I've just had trouble with that on a pad so I move all the way to forward.

you guys should have gotten it at kmart. 25 dollars rewards money. that is probably the best deal out of them all. plus nobody ever goes to kmart to buy games. when i went there they still had about 20-30 copies of each systems left. anyways i bought a super street fighter 4 pad at gamestop. hopefully it makes chaining combos easier.

Kmarts are almost non existant where I live, and the one I did go to was sold out of the SE.

True Spencer seems like a powerful char, but personally hate his design, never was much of a bionic commando fan (lol at the 3d version) so I couldn't care less for him. There are at least 5-6 characters I'll never play in there because they seem out of place, but hey that's just me .

I caved in and didn't want to go the three day weekend without playing this. So I reserved it at redbox, and I'm going to pick it up on the way home. Capcom Store is waaay too slow. I didn't go all out and just buy it somewhere else since they said they would compensate for the slow down some how.

I don't think I'd make a good commentator. My technical know-hows of the game is pretty much the same as any noob. Game is vastly different from MVC2. I'd probably be drunk and say stupid stuff about random stuff.

Anyway, I tweaked it. How is it now from all aspects? Frame-rate, image quality and audio etc.
