Morrigan w/ lv3 X-Factor + Astral Vision, no assists:
jS cL M H H H H cH S jM jM jH fly jM jH Shadow Blade H Darkness Illusion = ~1,900,000 damage
Costs 1 meter for Astral Vision + 3 for DI, sure, but it seems you could build a lot of that up from the combo itself. Or just end with Finishing Shower instead. Nobody in the game has more than 1.3 million HP anyway.
She can link her standing heavy (pinwheel kick) into itself 7 times in lv3 XF >_>, though the damage scaling probably makes that a bad idea.
X-Factor is bananas.

I'd love to pick up a 360 copy at NYvideogames, but I've got to get dressed so that I can pick up some money from the bank. It's also been a few days since I last checked this thread and I'm proud of ya'll. The amount of posts in this thread has to be some sort of record for the greatest number of posts before the game officially releases haha.
Oh, and I'd love it if some of you guys could drop some links for Morrigan. I've been so busy trying to catch up that I haven't been able to do a search on her. She is sounding fantastic so far and she may fill the last slot for my team.

Just got back from a Best Buy near me. No early copies of course, but they did have a demo station up there. The game looked so amazing on the screen, moving in 60fps, it was so beyond the shitty videos I've been watching all this time.
There was a guy there playing through the single player who was pretty good, since there wasn't an extra controller we had to pass it around. I STUNK, which I attribute to two things:
1. The terrible 360 d-pad.
2. Me not knowing what the hell I was doing.
In that order. But it did look cool, after a while a good while a small crowd kinda formed and everyone wanted a shot. I left before getting a second play, but it was sweet. Chose Ryu/Spidey/Chris for some reason, guess I wanted to keep it basic. One guy got up to Galactus, which looked crazy. That's about it, hype is at insane levels, which sucks because my PS3 is not with me at the moment so it will be a few weeks before I play the damn game on my own.
