Assists take a lot of damage @__@
Well if you gave up easily on SF, then you may be frustrated with this game in the long run as well. As their will be a lot of cheap shit. Combos will be much more easier in this game though. They're totally different monsters, best to jump aboard when their are a lot of people learning the game as well I say.Deadstar said:So is this game better than Super Street Fighter 4? I have it but I think this game will be more my style. I don't think I ever won a match online in SF.

I suppose lp, mp and hp are weak, medium and hard attack...
What about the kick buttons? Is it assist 1, assist 2, special or special, assist 1, assist 2?
God's Beard said:Hmm... can you call assists with round harvest out?
Round Harvest DHC Chaos Dimension > Stigma assist
Get rolled on son, too bad I wasn't able to combo into tandem, woulda rocked.
cLP, cLP rekka, cLP, cLP tandem(ABCABCABCABCABC), super hop C, cLPxwhatever, MUDA MUDA, super hop C, cLPxwhatever, cC
I agree with this. You are defenseless after a bounce. You need some options.SonOfABeep said:people playing early - is not having a ground tech a problem?
Just seems like many characters can really rape off an air combo into slam to the ground then OTG into more bullshit.
Seems like the person on defense should have some type of option when slammed to the ground, like a mixup should be involved, not just free continue combo for the attacker..
That Jin is awesome, this Jin is pleased.DR2K said:I mean yeah she can die in combo...but she can kill everyone in one combo too and probably has the game's best keepaway and rushdown.

Not me, but I will enjoy harvesting anything good you come up with.Urban Scholar said:So who else sees themselves in training for hours just to see what they can cook up in the lab?

Ezenzer said:Mmm, Morrigan looks awesome. Few other characters were in as much need of a makeover. I noticed her air drill has an angel to it now, too. Can't wait to get my hands on her!

Have you ever played Vampire Savior Morrigan?SAB CA said:They took the best stuff of her TvC self, mixed it with some of the nice MvC2 stuff, and actually paid attention to her being put into the game! Yeah, I'm pretty happy with what they've done. Doward angle Shell Kick is such a smart change.
And the fact she has flight mode! Makes so much sense!
The default 4-button layout is:vixlar said:Yes, I know there is no kick buttons. But I read there are assist buttons and Special attack, plus the three attacks that does 6 buttons. I suppose they are using the same button scheme for this game. 3 buttons above, 3 below. How is every command mapped to the buttons? I used the analogy of kicks and punches just as a reference.
A lot of people here seem to think they're scrubs so we decided to hold off on a dedicated thread. We'll see how it goes.GatorBait said:Can we get some PS3/360 scrub threads in the community section? I want to find some fellow scrub Gaffers so we can help each other improve.

VS Morrigan used to be so gimped from her original self until now.
