Invisible woman's powers are so criminally underrepresented with Skrull- just the block ffs.
They just had to give the invisibility hyper to Laura.
 
Don't know if this will go anywhere but here goes. Besides it'll help pass the time till the game hits the shelves in my area.

If you could pick only ONE character to add to the MVC roster from each of the capcom fighting franchises you care about, who would you choose?
My list would be:


SF4-Juri
SF3-Urien or Elena
Darkstalkers-Jedah
Red Earth-Hydron
Rival Schools-Kyosuke
SF alpha series-Ken

By the way, you should check out the archived Team Khaos stream. It's basically Buktooh(dude who did the MvC3 strategy guide) running a train on a whole bunch of fools. And he's playing with everybody.

I just saw Buktooh beast on a lvl.3 XF Sentinel with Ryu. Dude XFC'd while in blockstun during Sentinel's energy ball hyper into Ryu's level 3.

Man, Buktooth is a beast with almost anyone. Great stuff there if anyone wants to see different characters getting played. He was totally boss with Thor at one point. Didn't even pull out anyone for assists himself and 100%'ed Zero when his opponent brought him in for an assist with She-Hulk. Nuts.
 
^Yeah I was laughing with how easily he was grabbing people into combos with Thor. Make sure you check out the other three parts on the side.

Well he did write the official guide for the game so thats to be expected really.

The need for Phoenix Wright and Megaman.EXE in the game is too great to ignore.

Or maybe I should've properly read his post. Regardless, those two and Strider should be top priorities over every other DLC character.

Understandable, but I was just generally trying to get a bead on who we each preferred the most from other fighting franchises that we would want in this game to pin down what tactics we each seem to be missing in the current cast of characters. That and also to pin down what missing characters we liked to play as in other fighters we think we would have fun pitting against the current lineup of MVC3. I think I'd enjoy taking either Urien or Ken up against some of the current cast. Urien especially.

Him and Morrigan on a Team= Wombo Combo of DOOM.

damn finally got that magneto combo marn was doing. that shit does a GRIP. its a way easier way to do the fierce combo too. cant wait to blow someone up with this one. lol

Currently watching an intense Marvel vs Capcom 3 session with Buktooth and it rock!

It's nice to see a high level Captain america,Chun Li,Wesker+Doom. :]

In that case, I'm pretty satisfied as far as selections from Capcom's fighting franchises goes. So I'd have to just reiterate Q or Twelve from SF3. IMHO I found SF3's cast to be quite weak in comparison to every other SF. Probably cause I got into SF3 after I played SFIV, and the character designs didn't feel totally awesome to me. Not like many of the newcomers in SFIV did, aside from Abel.
 
After watching that stream off and on for the past couple of hours I think i'm going to pick this up. Playing MvC2 with the neighborhood crew when I was younger was epic, we had no clue what we were doing for the most part but still had fun with it. That was probably the last fighting game I played except for Deadliest Warrior(That count?) so this Tuesday should be good.
