Guys I was thinking, let us gaffers who have the 360 version make a lobby room so we could join in!

Edit: Holy shit I beat this guy like 5 times, he had good skills man I mean real good he had a badass zero, and I beat him, with chris/Spencer/Wesker or traded out wesker for Deadpool.

Fuck man, I feel kinda bad. He had skill.

Every K-Mart or just your K-mart? I might actually try them out if so, I never shop there but it's on my way to work.
 
First off, on Sunday I went to a Gamestop store in the boondocks hunting for a Special Edition . I ended up snagging a PS3 Special edition from gamestop 1 day before release date on some off the wall crazy off chance shit. Very nice guy working there said he had one randomly that was not preordered.

Fast forward to today
-They only had 5 Special editions(this place was in the cut) for each version. I walk in trade in some games i got for cheap ended up with 50 dollars in credit.

-Guy who hooked me up with the late preorder was ringing me up.

-Another guy was handing out preorders to people who already came in the store and payed it off

THIS FOOL HANDED OUT THE SPECIAL EDITION INSTEAD OF REGULAR EDITION TO SOMEONE

-Panic mode ensues and he runs out the store and actually finds one guy who accidentally gave 360 special edition to

-He thought the crisis was averted until he looked at the PS3 special edition stack and realized he gave out 1 or 2 of those people with normal preorders

Pray for this guy he is probably gonna lose his job...

Curse my impatience. I ordered the game and the guide just now because I discovered a $20 credit on my Amazon account. I chose free shipping (aka slowest shipping) to punish myself for my weakness/allow my inner tightwad to crawl away with a scrap of dignity. :(

Jesus people weren't kidding about this feeling like TvC. I played that game for all of 5 minutes. Not liking this control scheme right now. How the hell do you tag characters in?
 
360 version, it seems the colors are more washed out, but it's brighter....hmmmm...PS3 version is more vibrant colors, but is much darker by default.

That shit with Arthur is no joke. I got off like 3 bars worth of it on my first go round. The timing isn't that strict for it, in the slightest.

So far Magneto is on my team. I can do his harder combos easy as hell now. lol

If I did not pull a muscle in my leg last week I would have gotten some mangoes, a knicks shirt, some haagen daaz, and some pringles. Blame my leg!!!!! The hype escaped into my gluteal muscle.

They were not pushing it so my guess is no. They usually shove the guides down your throat if they have them.

-They had one of the mvc2 sticks for 129.99 . I was tempted.... I don't need a stick but it looked hot.

I have a standard edition fightstick that I bought for SSF4 that I wasn't particularly happy with (mostly the buttons) would it be worthwhile to mod the stick's buttons or just save up and get a tournament edition stick (or something else)?

Has the Sirlin squad so brainwashed you that you believe that good execution is demonstrated only in combos? Execution is a factor in every blockstring, in every hitconfirm, in every reaction, in every jump, in every skillfully-timed airdash, in every just-barely-safe jump-in, and in every other time that your character has to move with any precision. Execution is a factor every time that a player has to bridge the gap between theory and action. Execution separates those who can react from those who can only act and those who have trained from those who are, through their own volition, entirely unable to implement the tactics and mindgames that they so deeply cherish. Execution is not nearly as irrelevant in high level play as many who don't have it will tell you that it is so it is not simply a barrier of entry so much as it is a demonstration of skill; the existence of the execution factor keeps fighting games about both the body and the mind and that will always make the playing field more exciting. Besides, removing execution won't level the playing field, it will just illegitimize those who used execution as a means of leveling the playing field for themselves; if you want a "level" playing field, play an easier game.

Also, as a Litchi player who can reliably do many of Blazblue's more difficult combos, I can tell you that I do not, in fact, have every good execution.
