As much as I hate to admit it, Magneto perfectly fits my playstyle. Before I got this game I thought I'd be playing Dormammu/MODOK/Phoenix, but I'm getting closer to something like Trish/C.Viper/Magneto.

I... I might even replace C.Viper with Storm. Oh god. I just love flying characters so much. WHAT'S HAPPENING
 
I wish they would add more to the simple control scheme and just make it a separate mode. It could use some "different direction + skill button to active different skills" mechanic like smash bros.

HOLY SHIT GUYS!

Okay ya know She-Hulk...i just messed around in training and I found some alternates to avoid using the runners start to allow you to do her specials. I dont know if this is new but I'm gonna post it because suddenly she is GODLY!

Before you had to Down Down S to put her in her stance. Then hit forward to make her run and then hit either L for torpedo (ground attack), M for clothesline ( standing FADC move), H for Flash kick that moves you backwards.

THERE IS S A BETTER WAY.

Hit forward H and HOLD forward after it hits to immediately enter the sprint you normally can only trigger after runners start.

So now L,M,H, Foward H (hold forward) then either L, M, or H from your run to hit your choice of specials.

Its great! It gets better though. If you hold forward after using her flashkick she lands back int he sprint. You dont even have to wait for the run to start to hit your next attack command either because it registers her kick as part of the run. I just infinite spammed flashkicks to run away.

so now L, M, H, Forward H (hold Forward to trigger run), H ( hold forward during flash kick) run M (acts as focus attack), L, M, H, S , Jump, L, M, H *Xfactor!* L, M, DHC

My god the damage. My god the speed. She Hulk is suddenly insanely fast and has nigh non stop specials that are part of a single combo.

I see the end folks.

You can also kara all her command grabs from her crouching C attacks. Even her level 3. You can also do runners start or wall bound from it as well. She Hulk is god tier

Lol trolling the scrubs that spam beam like moves along with the sent assist and them getting so mad when they get worked over by the Redfield magnum.

Beaten at least twice already, but it's only a matter of time before you wake up next to the giant killer robot and don't care how you got there.

It's not really a better way, you're just going into the run from her overhead. You can also go in from her slide or flash kick. Thing is that doesn't work if you wanna do the OTG moves (which is the pain with her), since the startup for both the overhead and slide is too much as far as I can tell. It's not bad to use if you have a blocked slide or something.

Also that technically doesn't combo L, M, H, F+H. You can if your X-factored I believe, and get a couple reps off before hit stun diminishing returns kick in.

And yes, her Kara is godlike. Trouble is the nature of the game makes grabs a bitch even with the extra range.

Oh if you've been sending me messages I probably never got them because I use a splitter for my monitor to go back and forth between my PS3 and PC. Sorry, just training for now, I already got baited out and torn up a couple times today because I haven't practiced anything but Trish :-)

Yea she has hell with zoning. I try to have some assist help her out because once you get in you can end it with pretty much any character. Especially if you guess jump correctly and snatch them out of the air when they are trying to escape the ground grabs.

Just got mine as well, MThanded! The only grievance I have is that they used the horrible standard edition cover art for the book. That aside, it's pretty damn awesome from what little I've read. And thick!

This is very true, I have a much easier time grabbing with Haggar's wave-dashed piledriver because the pipe puts the fear of bejesus in people from that range, She-Hulk doesn't really have much to keep opponents in one spot outside of empty-jump set-ups. I play her more footsies/punish based because her crouching L is beastly.

I'm having a bit of success with Dante/MODOK. I assume mostly because MODOK isn't a common character to run into online and thus people get a little confused. I'll take it though.

Now of course, I'm having my usual problem of finding a third character. I wish this game was 2v2...

Ya lei-lei is great for getting her in. I have a hell of a time setting up resets with her online though. Either I mistime the grab, fuck up my kara, or they just mash something out and stuff it. I might try practicing her team assist combo cancel combo. Tried it a few times in training, not sure how well i'd get it off online with lag.

Damn I learned something new already. Bring haggar in during blockstun using a crossover counter and if you have lariat assist he will do it and then you can catch them in a usually safe block string. most likely catch assist too if they are abusing callins
 
Yeah I checked the L,M,H, S and after H with She Hulk shes pushed out too far to go into her launch so Instead I started playing with assists. I needed something summonable from where she would land out of her flashkick that would hit them in the corner with whatever i used.

I toyed with several shooter assists but after I hit the corner it seemed that the only good follow up to a flash kick seemed to be another flash kick. I could go clothesline to combo set which works nice but I wanted to see if I couldn't keep them air born via assists.

Then it hit me...SENTINEL.

I used L, M, H, Forward H ( hold forward) H(flashkick) (hold forward)*land* Sentinel charge assist (the missiles), H

What happened was a bread n butter combo into the flashkick into sentinels assist catching them before they could land and extending things till I could land another flashkick. It pushed them so high up that they kept getting popped by the tip of my kick or sent's missiles.

I offed every team on normal perfectly using this alone until I hit galactus. I went through it again on hard mode and very hard and the only difference was starting the combo up. I took a few hits due to the perfect guarding the computer has, and projectile spammers made it hard to start the rush.

I put in Haggar lariat to cover my dash with she Hulk and summoned it before moving in. It worked and they were left vulnerable from their projectiles attempts if done in at medium range. It also did well with Spencer grappling them toward me but thats a toss up if it gets blocked and you still have the projectile on screen.

Serious stuff man. She Hulk on point, Sentinel on second with missile assist, Haggar in third for cleanup and lariat canceling. I could easily take this set up into the air for crossover air raids, but those get blocked out a lot. More likely I'll take this into a DHC by catching them with the first two of dropkick hyper then going into sentinel to lift them back up and cleaning up with Haggar.

Plus this team has health and strength. X factors are deadly to opponents even on chip with this team. It's spam but that Mahvel Baby!

I'm almost 100% certain L M H, F+H doesn't combo unless you're x factored. F+H has a HUUUUUGE startup. Are you sure you've tried this in training mode with auto block on?
