That'd be pretty legit, but I'd imagine that Capcom would want to hold back on DLC news until closer to MvCI's release. For reference, the Street Fighter V Season 1 DLC characters were officially revealed 2 months before SFV dropped (though the identity of the characters were leaked in November). I'd expect a similar timeframe for Capcom to announce their MvCI DLC plans.

the only real chances for character reveals to coincide with movies are with Guardians and Spider Man.
Maybe Iron Fist next month if hes in the game (alrhough they could save that for Defenders in the fall if the game isnt very far along).

Even if that's true, it's for charity so it's hard to really complain. I thought it was obvious UMvC3 was going to take it but Pokken game it a good run for it's money.
Would be pretty cool, he was a favorite of mine in UMvC3.
It's not a bad game, I played it briefly when I was in Japan last year. It was pretty fun.

Nah, Jigglypuff is the legacy character of Smash. Not at all relevant or popular now, but she's been around since Smash 64 and she's here to stay.
Also, Rest is like one of the most fun moves to land ever lol.

While Guardians and Spider-Man are pretty much guaranteed to get a reveal tie-in, if Dr. Strange is in (and I'm fairly sure he is), the DVD release of his film is a fantastic time for a reveal.

Would anyone want to see Strange receive some changes to his moveset? Most of his moves are pretty cool, but I wonder what else they could add to it.
I like his move set. I don't really think any of the MvC3 newcomers need much work; it's the older characters like Spider-Man that could use some freshening up.
make his flight mode really, really fast and change his cr.L to a cape poke that's low and you're good
maybe a time-related super as a fun reference, idk
dude is really awkward but fun to use. adding more fun tools to him that keeps him in that kinda 'needs finesse but is strong' category would be nice
I sure hope that the next few characters are announced before July!

I agree. I think Strange's launcher should be changed, though. It was trash.
Also, do you think someone like Phoenix Wright could use a change in his moveset? Most believe his style alone hampers him more than helps.
