So what are the odds of Strider making a comeback?
I'm more invested in the Capcom roster this time, since Marvel's is almost certainly going to be fully based on the MCU.
I'm certain he'll be back, especially after the outrage of him not being in vanilla MVC3.
There's also this.
If Strider comes back I'd really love to have Tong Pooh as the second character representing the series. She's been one of his main rivals since the first game, and she's such a cool character.
Mysterio is one character I've wanted well before Marvel 3. He would look very cool in 3D. The orb on his head reflecting everything around him, and the illusion casting--it would be quite the spectacle.
Guys tune in for Marvel Live ft. Kinder Party, Persia and guest appearance by Yipes!

Starting up soon. They will be talking about Marvel Infinite of course.
I feel like if we get venom he could be changed a lot from his previous games. He had a lot of transformations and at least for the last game (similar to darkstalkers) that's one of the difficulties of 3d.
I love venom so I'd be more than happy to have him back.
He better say 'we are venom' not like that God awful movie.
You know, thinking about it, I know his chances are utter shite considering he's a supporting character, and would have to sit behind all members of the main cast, but... I'd fucking love (MCU) Yondu.
That whistle-controlled arrow would make for some super badass mechanics and moves, and his crossup potential would be amazing.
Sadly, he has no chance. Rocket Raccoon, Star-Lord, Groot and Gamora at the very least would take precedence before him, and likely Drax, Nebula and Mantis as well. Maybe even Ronan.
*Supported by the communityYipes is expecting MvCI to be supported for 7 to 8 years.
That seems a bit much.
Edit: Yipes said MvCI not a part of Capcom Pro Tour, but something completely different. Curleh Moustache confirmed?
The game is being directed by Norio Hirose, whose credits include Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo, X-Men vs. Street Fighter, Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter, Marvel vs. Capcom, Project Justice, Capcom vs. SNK, and Devil May Cry 4. Were in good hands.
Depends, it's a little too early to say.
I just hope they keep supporting this game for as long as possible, that's all. Years and years of character DLC would be sublime. It's what Capcom wants to do with SFV apparently.
I'm expecting the largest roster in franchise history (56+). UMvC3 would have had 58 characters if the dev cycle wasn't cut short.
I'll be conservative and say 52?
32 base roster
3 DLC "seasons" of 6 characters
2 promo characters to be used for season pass/other fuckery
50+ not counting bosses or special characters
201
just so they can say they're the FG with the biggest roster ever
Sign the petition, we need to send a message to capcom that we want scrooge mcduck in marvel vs capcom infinite.
"I'm telling you guys, you don't have to guess so much. The MCU is down with MVC Infinite"
-Yipes after speculating about Netflix characters being playable
MCU includes TV shows? I thought it just meant movies."I'm telling you guys, you don't have to guess so much. The MCU is down with MVC Infinite"

All of the TV (Legion aside) & Netflix shows are also in the MCU.MCU includes TV shows? I thought it just meant movies.
Yipes also confirmed that there was actually a working Marvel 3 balance patch that never got deployed because the license ran out.
Man that stings.

I heard this, too. Apparently Marvel will be organizing their own tournaments separate from Capcom's efforts.Yipes said MvCI not a part of Capcom Pro Tour, but something completely different. Curleh Moustache confirmed?
