Ironically Fchamp is cutting back on SFV and wants to seriously train for UMVC3 at Evo. RyanLV has ChrisG's Number IMO but a trained up Champ, maybe a problem.
Also Cloud beats RyanLV free, if he still plays.

KaneBlueriver isnt going to Evo and Viscant hasn't been relevant in UMVC3, so Justin, Flocker, ChrisG and FChamp are really our potential repeat champion options.

The FGC at large doesn't seem to know how video game development works or even how businesses are run. There's only a small handful of folks who aren't developers but know enough/have enough insight that are worth listening to such as UltraDavid and James Chen. I think Bornfree knows a thing or two as well especially since he used to work in marketing. But not Velociraptor though. He's made enough bone-headed comments on Best of III and Best of V shows for me not to trust his judgement. (Also there's Event Hubs...)

Doom? Yeah he was made a playable character in Marvel heroes a few years ago. I saw videos of him being playable. That's why he has a costume for Future Foundation getting removed

If we were getting an updated UMvC3, then I'd say there would be hope for Doom, since he's already there. MvCI is a new game though, and has to deal with updated licensing issues. To give a recent example: LEGO Marvel Super Heroes was free to have everyone, while LEGO Avengers couldn't have the X-Men/F4 characters.

Did Ryce really explicitly say we're getting F4 characters? I'd like to get an updated word on that.

As far as that scrubs nickname It's pretty rare to see that on Twitter nowadays, but yeah you hear eventscrubs occasionally. Usually it's called that because the comment sections have a lot of, uh, fighting game deplorables. The site is more like a very invested fan site than an official news site, an easy comparison that comes to mind is Bleacher Report vs. ESPN.

I find it amusing that the most vocal people who hate the site tend to be the ones that link to it and/or discuss it quite often though.

Yeah that stuff will never save a fighting game for me. I'm more there to play with friends and the crossover aspect. At best I get to a medium level if I keep at it. So good gameplay with weak characters won't do much for me.
