More than 200 firefighters were battling a blaze at an apartment complex under construction early Monday morning in Downtown Los Angeles.

The building at 909 W. Temple St. caught fire just before 1:30 a.m.

Due to the size of the fire and the logistics of fighting it, crews have shut portions of the 110 and 101 freeways as well as several surface streets.

There were no immediate reports of injuries or a cause of the fire.

Reminds me of that time where someone linked a video to a fire at a club here in the US and there were dozens of people wedged at the entrance due to everyone trying to rush out, only for the fire to consume them. FUCK
