First tragedy, then farce.
Holy mother of God.. Ive been on a buisness trip.. I forgot the laptop and for some reason the Hilton Im in doesnt have Spike TV.. so I misses what would, without a doubt, be the mark out moment of all time for me.

In any case, now that Ive seen it, fucking perfect execution.. great work by all involved, congrats to Matt on getting back in the WWE... people who want to hate on him should really put themselves in his shoes.. he isnt a sell out, WWE is the only viable option for real financial secuity right now, like it or not.

Now the real question, was it a work all along?

Now the real question, was it a work all along?
probably not, but i wish it was so all the haters could be even more pissed off...
the only thing keeping them from crying themselves to sleep at night is them thinking "well at least the whole thing wasnt a work!"

Welcome to the real world StoOgE

Now I want to find out what happens at Ring Of honor tonight. He is also working TNA No Surrender (whenever it is on)

Flyin' Brian Reborn!!!

Cant wait to see what happens tonight. I considered calling in sick last night and riding out with another guy from Illinois from ROH forums to see the show. But I cant really afford to miss any days right now.

Guys who CARES if it's a work or not, lets just enjoy it for what it's worth...the more time your investing into it, the less enjoyment your going to have with it. Seriously RAW/Smackdown! have been on fire these past few weeks. Just give me Triple H, Randy Orton, and RVD back and the shows will be serioulsy the best they've been in some time. Oh yeah let Trish come back as a face.

I was watching the clip again and had not noticed that while walking up the ramp he screams something that sounds like "I wish you were my son Johnny Ace" as Ace walks behind him. What's that all about?

I'm sorry but are you insane? Insulting and inappropriate terrorist angles, Gene Snitskys foot fetish, horrible Diva Search segments, Christian being pinned clean in his first two matches on Smackdown, a stupid angle with Eddy and Rey... If it wasn't for Matt Hardy coming back and HBK's awesome turn these shows have been horrible even by WWE's usual low standards.

Indeed.

And didn't Gene Snitsky murder Lita's baby or something? Is the statue of limitations up on hating him for that?

She probably should have just said, "I am sorry, but you murdered my baby and, as such, you cannot smell my feet."

No, she thanked him a few weeks back for killing the baby, since it was Kanes, she never really loved it anyway.

The "what?" chant was the dumbest thing to happen in a while. It was funny for the first couple weeks but after that... ugh. Worse still they kept it up way after he left the business. Thankfully they finally seem to let it die.

When was this? I'm guessing 4th of July in which case I'm glad I missed it.

Why the hell would you "what?" through the National Anthem anyway?

TNA will make their decision today as to whether or not Matt Hardy will do a one-time appearance at their No Surrender pay-per view this Sunday. WWE has officially agreed to allow Hardy to work the show in an unexplained run-in type role. Up until today, TNA has not okayed the appearance.

----------

I can't see TNA not letting it happen, could be good publicity for them. I am guessing it wonÂ’t be advertised but Matt will just show up and hit someone or do something weird then run off adding more to his new crazy ass character!

Hmm I must check out the TNA board they were going appshit when Hardy resigned with the WWe calling him a sellout and hoped he got injured, hell most of them believed that it was a shoot and he didnt resign with wwe.....I wonder if they changed their tune

I still hear the "What?" chant from time to time. It usually seems to pop up when Kurt Angle is on the mic. So stupid. I marked out for Matt Hardy big time on Raw, it was just so unexpected. The Hardy angle and HBK's heel turn have kept my interest in WWE programming of late. Everything else (aside from Paul London's matches) has ranged from "meh" to downright unwatchable.

Not to stray to far off topic but has it been officially announced that WWE is going to USA? I just saw a commercial on USA network for itself and they were showing clips of stuff and they showed Cena spinning the belt. I guess this make it a certainty then.

The WWE Smackdown show in Frederick, Md., began promptly at 7:30pm in the outdoor venue Harry Grove Stadium (home of the class A minor league baseball Frederick Keys).
Booker T beat Christian with the ax kick (Christian seemed to have lost some change in the ring as he bent over and scrutinized the canvas at length so Booker T could deliver the finisher). Then Sharmel encouraged Booker to do the spinarooni!
Then Teddy Long came out to review the purported card that was to include Eddie Guerrero vs. Rey MIsterio, MNM vs. H&H (Holly and Heidenreich or Horrible and Horribler - take your pick), and Batista vs. JBL.
Next match was Super Crazy and Psicosis over Nunzio and Big Vito. Vito looked like a monster with those three in the ring but his clotheslines were loving and delicate. Crazy pinned Nunzio with a Lionsault (Crazysault?).
Then in came The Boogeyman! He ranted some but at the rant's climax where he exclaimed "I am The Boogeyman!" a huge clap of thunder pealed and lightning flashed in the distance. And when he then yelled "And I am your worst nightmare!" the heavens opened up and it poured. He obliterated Doug Basham in about 15 seconds in the rain.
The real crime is that there were no TV cameras. There are probably few special effects masters who could have provided that eerie thunderstorm atmosphere and timed the thunder and lightning and rain so perfectly. The heck with the match, this guy had perhaps the greatest ring entrance ever! I don't think I'll ever be caught in a storm again without "I am The Boogeyman!" bouncing around in my head.
The hard rain created a delay, and persistent lightning forced the show to halt.
It was announced that the event was "postponed". Fans were to "hold onto your ticket stubs for when we rebook a visit to Frederick, Md." (I think that's WWE for "so long suckers, but we won't tell you you only got a three-match show so we can get out of here without a fight").
Personally, for The Boogeyman's awesome entrance arrangement with Mother Nature, the abbreviated show was well worth it. The crowd of maybe 2200 may not agree."

Ring of Honor - Woodbridge CT 7/16/05

1) Nigel McGuiness defeated Claudio Castagnoli. Good opener, both men worked well together. One awesome spot saw Claudio throw Nigel up into the air and connect with a European uppercut on the way down.

2) Austin Aries defeated El Generico after a brainbuster followed by the 450 in another good match. Story of the match saw both men try to hit the brainbuster. Both men were really over.

3) Homicide (w/Julius Smokes) won a four corner survival over Dixie, Azrieal and Kevin Steen. Homicide hit his tope early in the match to a big pop. Cide was really over tonight, even though he is supposed to be the heel. Finish saw Homicide pin Dixie after the Cop Killer (Kudoh Driver). Dixie looked to be injured on the move, as he layed there for several minutes. He was helped to the back by a few refs. Another good, competitive match.

ROH World champion CM Punk came out and cut a promo. Punk was way over as a heel, with "Die Punk Die" and "F*ck you Punk" chants. He basically put himself over, and then bashed James Gibson, saying that many said Gibson is the MVP of ROH for the first half of the year, yet he always loses his title matches. This prompted Gibson to come out and bash Punk. Punk then jumped Gibson and busted him open with a few punches with a chain wrapped around his fist. Gibson was helped to the back.

4) The Carnage Crew (Loc and Devito) retained the ROH tag titles in an Ultimate Endurance match that consisted of the Carnage Crew, Dunn & Marcos, Lacey's Angels (Cheech and Deranged) and The Embassy (Fast Eddie and someone else who I don't recall, w/Prince Nana). First fall was a Scramble Rules match that saw the Embassy get eliminated. Second fall was an anything goes match where Lacey's Angels got eliminated. The anything goes portion consisted of a bunch of garbage can shots and fighting on the floor. Third fall was a straight up tag, with the titles on the line. Dunn took a spike piledriver off the second rope for the pin.

5) AJ Styles defeated Roderick Strong in a tremendous match. Styles even got some boos here, and he is one of the most popular guys on the roster. Crowd heat was awesome, and the work of both men was top notch, as both men came with their working shoes on. Finish saw AJ hit the Styles Clash for the pin. Both men got a standing ovation afterwards.

INTERMISSION

6) Samoa Joe defeated Jimmy Rave (w/Prince Nana and Jade Chung) to retain the ROH Pure title. Decent, but not one of Joe's better title defenses. Joe had lost all three of his ropebreaks before Rave lost any. Crowd was all over Rave with "Rave's a *****" and "Die Jimmy Die" chants through most of the match. Nana at ringside continualy berated Jade as has been the case over the past several shows. Finish saw Joe hit the muscle buster for the pin.

After the match, Nana started what seemed to be a promo blaming Rave for the loss. But instead, he swerved and blamed Jade. He told her to get on her hands and knees so that Rave could exit the ring, using her as a footstool. She did, but Rave slipped on her as he exited the ring, Nana threw Jade back into the ring, and started screaming at her. At this point, the lights went out....

...And when they came back on, Matt F'N Hardy was standing in the ring, and he got a thunderous pop. The Embassy all ran out of the ring, and Matt got on the mic. He thanked the fans for their support, told us that he wouldn't be talking tonight "about that piece of **** Adam Copeland or that whore Amy Dumas". He got a big "f*ck Edge" chant going. He basically said that WWE writers should pop in some ROH DVD's to see what a real wrestling company is all about, and put all the boys in the locker room over saying how professional they all were and what hard workers they were. Hardy then said to bring out Daniels, as he was looking forward to working his first "real" match in about a year.

7) Matt Hardy defeated Christopher Daniels via submission. I'd say that the crowd was split about 60/40 in favor of Daniels here, but they definately didn't want to boo Hardy, despite loving Daniels. The crowd was non stop chanting the entire match. I didn't have much expectation here going in, considering Hardy hadn't worked since last year, but the match was excellent. Nothing really state of the art in terms of spots, but excellent, solid work all around. At one point, Hardy superplexed Daniels off all four turnbuckles, only to get a two count. Eventually, CM Punk came out and distracted Daniels. Hardy took offense, but Daniels pushed him away, into the ref. The ref and Hardy both sort of bumped briefly, long enough for Punk to hit Daniels with the chain. Hardy didn't realize this happened, and he hit the Twist of Fate on Daniels, but Daniels kicked out. Hardy then hit a second Twist of Fate, and locked in a submission that sort of resembled the Trailer Hitch submission that Gibson has been using, for the tapout win. Some fans were upset over this, but Hardy still got a great ovation afterwards.

As Daniels was laying in the ring still, Punk got on the mic and told us that we had just witnessed the main event, and thanked us all for coming. He stated he would not be wrestling as James Gibson was too hurt to wrestle. Daniels got helped to the back, and Gibsons music started playing, and he came out to a huge pop. His head was all bandaged up, selling the injury from earlier in the night.

9) CM Punk defeated James Gibson to retain the ROH World title. Another oustanding match. Gibson's bandage came off a few minutes into the match, and his cut from earlier got opened back up and was bleeding like a pig. The crowd was kind of quiet for much of the match, probably drained from the previous match, but the work was excellent. Story of the match saw and injured Gibson survive as Punk totally dominated him. Not exactly certain how the match finished, but Gibson got pinned in a rollup, and I think Punk was holding the tights.

After the match, Punk got back on the mic, made fun of Gibson, and then told the crowd that tonight was his last match in ROH (just like 6/18 was, and 7/8 was, and 7/9 was....), and that he was taking the title with him to WWE. Daniels ran back out and attacked Punk and layed him out. Daniels then took possesion of the ROH title belt, and said if Punk ever wanted to hold it again, he could come and find him. Daniels then left. Punk was laying in the ring, and people were throwing garbage at him. He grabbed the mic, and I thought he was going to cut a promo, but instead he asked who threw stuff at him, then ran into the crowd and appeared to run after a fan, right to the outside. And that was how the show ended.

Heres another detailed live report
http://www.rohwrestling.com/MessageBoard/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=13134

I feel sorry for all you guys whose only exposure to wrestling is WWE. You guys are missing out. Seemed like an awesome show, I wish I could have gone :-(

WWE is the only viable option for real financial secuity right now, like it or not.

Not really true because for one, they can release you anytime they want for no reason. And two, popular indy wrestlers like AJ Styles and Raven can make nearly as much as some WWE talents per year.

Hopefully they will continue to let Matt work ROH, he definetly will have a lot more classic matches there than he ever will in the WWE. He will never have a 20+ minute long singles match in the WWE like he did tonight. Once the whole love triangle hype is over, he'll be back to being underutilized and miserable.

I read on the ROH forums that they had cameras at ringside JUST for the Hardy match. I want some of this to be shown on Raw on monday :)...

Edit: I just watched Frankie Kazarian make his "I am the future of wrestling" interview on Velocity and now watching his match...

Official: Wrestling is great now :)

Edit2: Benoit/Regal is coming up soon!

...the future looks good!

Edit3: The Benoit/Regal match was fantastic. Please stick these two guys in a feud, I want a series of these!

Reborn: Stage One
All-Star Extravagenza II
Nowhere To Run
Manhattan Mayhem
Final Showdown

....are all good. I am sure other will say different but in my opinion Reborn: Stage One and All-Star Extravagenza II are good for new fans while the other three are just very, very good shows!

not to de rail but if I were to buy 3 or 4 ROH dvds to get into it what ones should I get?

The best shows from this year IMO are....

Third Year Anniversary Night 1
Third Year Anniversary Night 2
Third Year Anniversary Night 3
Stalemate
Manhattan Mayhem
Final Showdown
Nowwhere To Run

But if you want to follow the along with storylines and shit the two best places to start are Reborn Stage 1 or It all Begins. The Reborns are where I started and it prolly the BEST place to start if you think you'll stick with it. They were the first shows after TNA pulled their talent and the beinging of alot of new storylines and where alot of the main guys now really got their start with the company. It was also the midwest double shot. Starting here you'll see the Punk vs Joe fued, the Homicide vs Joe fued, and the Generation next vs everyone else fued. But there to the end of 04 its 19 shows alone.Which may be overwhelming(there were only 4 or 5 out when I started watching) but ROH recently dropped all 04 shows to $10 and they are always having sales(right now is free shipping but my fave is buy 3 get 1 free) so that would make things easier on the wallet.

If that sounds like too much the next best starting point would be It All begins which was the first show of this year. So far there have been 13 shows released this year of which I have 11 so far. Which is prolly much more manageable.

I'd say if you are planning on going to live shows its MUCh better to start with It All begins. Otherwise you could start at Reborn Stage One and not have to worry about following along on their website and having results spoiled for you. I do my best to forget results after I read them but sometimes it just cant be done.

Hardys next(and prolly last) two ROH opponents have been announced.

Matt Hardy is set to return to ROH on August 12th in Dayton and August 13th in Chicago. Tickets for both events are now on sale at ROHwrestling.com, by calling 215-781-2500 or at Ticketmaster outlets. Check ROHwrestling.com for more info on both events.

Hardy told ROH officials that he wants to come to ROH to wrestle without any limitations in athletic matches with no stupid storylines. Hardy did just this on July 16th in Woodbridge, CT when he battled Christopher Daniels in a 20 minute classic. Hardy requested to test himself against two other fighters on the ROH roster. ROH officials have given Hardy his wish.

August 12th in Dayton at the Montgomery County Fairground Coliseum will see Hardy battle one of ROH's most athletic and hated men. It will be a first time ever match as Matt Hardy battles "The Notorious 187" Homicide!!!

August 13th in Chicago Ridge at the Frontier Fieldhouse will have Hardy take on a man he considers one of the best upcomers in the business today. Hardy says this will be a true test for both him and his opponent. Chicago will see Matt Hardy vs. Roderick Strong!!!

See Matt Hardy in what he calls a "real wrestling promotion" when he battles two of ROH's best in the Midwest. Act now because tickets are selling fast to both shows!!!

Just as an added "I told you so" Matt Hardy was booed out of the building on his last ROH appearance.

From: phenominalfallenangel@gmail.com
Many people have been wondering about how the Ring of Honor fans will react once Matt Hardy returns to WWE. Well, that question was answered at the last RoH event. Matt Hardy faced off against Homicide. After the match, Hardy was booed out of the arena and people were chanting "f*** you Hardy!".

People were more mad at the WWE-esque ending with a rollup..Most reports say the crowd was split 55-45 with most supporting Homicide. The people on the ROH boards say that people saying Matt was booed out the building are over exxagerating...Definetly a pro Homicide crowd, hell even I wanted him to win.

Not really, because most ROH fans dont give a shit about the WWE, or thier storylines. Most of them respect the fact that guys want to make more money, so even though it pains them to lose Spanky and Gibson (who won the ROH title from Punk Friday night), they understand why. Who could turn down a fat WWE paycheck?

Anyway, Hardy fought Roderick Strong last night on his final ROH appearance, and he was given respect.

Strong vs. Hardy. I cannot do this match justice. The crowd was ungodly electric with for this match and was about 50/50 with the slight edge going to Hardy. What a wrestling match. You may not like Hardy, but that guy can work. HUGE pop when Roddy got the dupe. Hardy put over the company after the match and got the match got a standing ovation from the crowd.

So there.

Both Hardy matches were effin awesome. I'd say that the Dayton crowd was 80/20 in favor of Homicide. But it was mostly people cheering Cide not being an ass towards Hardy. In Chicago It was prolly closer to 60/40 in favor of Strong but the chants and whatnot were more anti-Hardy than pro-Strong. And like 3kuSaS's quote says the assholes were completely drowned out after the match. Hardy handled himself like a class act. Even his promos are alot better in ROH. Prolly cuz he doesnt have some retarded ex-nickleodeon writer writing his lines for him.

This whole weekend just kicked so much ass. I met a ton of the ROH staff and wrestlers plus a bunch of guys from the ROHwrestling forums. Both shows kicked ass. Even though They double sold my tickets for Chicago and I ended up with a worse view of the ring. But in the end Samoa Joe and Homicide came right over the railing infront of me and later on when Joe was throwing chairs at Homicide and Low Ki he was standing right where my chair should have been had he not already wung it at Homi's head. Plus CM Punk's last match and farewell was so emotional I got a bit choked up. This was also my first time getting to see Low-Ki live. Which was SWEEEEEEEET. I bought a couple of shirts from the man himself before the show.

Im so jealous of you man. I wish I could have been there for Punk's farewell-

-and also Gibson winning the title with the top rope Tiger Driver. This DVD is a must have!

Damn I feel sorry for Punk. He will most likely go from being worshipped on the indy scene to being disrespected by the WWE.

Yeah I read about that. I think he quit too soon though, he didnt give them enough time to find a good use for him...though chances are they would never give him any real opportunities. I think he had real potential to add to the cruiserwieight division. I dont blame him for quitting though. Over at TNA he will be able to get TV exposure and at the same time be able to do whatever he wants in the ring without any limits.

I think, if done correctly, Punk could be successful in the WWE.I think he should debut on Smackdown in the same way Y2J did, he'd be perfect in that role. As long as he's given time on the mic, and Vince is willing to put him over some WWE veterans, he will get over as a heel. I wonder what his new finisher will be....

NEVER gonna happen, he's not a big muscle bound gorilla. No push for him, he'll be left to rot in the cruiser division after a smal debut push until he pulls a Kazarian and quits.

I can't blame Frankie, granted he was getting the big paychecks, but at what price? Being a curtain puller on Velocity every week? He'd be better suited doing TNA where he can work the style match he wants to and have better opportunities. Compund that with indy work he could make more than he could with WWE.

Well...Carlito's certainly not a big guy. Okay, so he gets jobbed nowadays, but he's over at least. And remember, Y2J wasn't a heavyweight back then either. If the do it right, Punk can get over.

More info on Kazarian's release-
More details have come out on Frankie Kazarian's impending departure from World Wrestling Entertainment, as we reported on earlier. According to sources close to the situation, several factors contributed to Kazarian going to WWE and asking for his release, which apparently has been granted.

Things got off on the wrong foot several months ago, when Kazarian, frustrated with not being used while under a WWE contract, went to WWE and essentially said he wanted to be released if he wasn't going to be used. WWE responded by putting Kazarian on television for the Smackdown brand, albeit on Velocity. Kazarian was given mic time on the show, and wins over Nunzio, Scotty 2 Hotty, Funaki, and Paul London. Kazarian never appeared on Smackdown itself.

However, Kazarian was still unhappy with his role with the company. He reportedly was not in favor of the recent mandate by WWE to tone down high flying maneuvers like the 450 splash and the Shooting Star Press. The final blow, according to several, was WWE wanting Kazarian to change his look and cut off his long hair.

Wow, there is some serious Nazi shit going on in the WWE. Back when they didn't have a total monopoly, they would never treat wrestlers like this. I seriously hope TNA will get a better timeslot and become a new alternative to the WWE. Either that or wrestlers need to start a union of some kind.

3kuSaS said:

That's a really BIG if.... I don't think Steph or Vince have any idea what to do with the cruisers. Have you SEEN any WWE lately? Vince has lost touch... period.

The only thing working in Punks favor is him already being friendly with HHH. They both do (against popular belief on HHH's part) respect and love the business and are students of it's history.

In other news, who's taking bets we'll see Lesnar do a run-in at Summerslam this weekend? It's been pure SILENCE out of the WWE camp since they claimed that contract talks had "broken off"... even though you can't discuss contract negotiations legally like that, especially with a lawsuit still pending....

Punk mic skills are so much better than any cruiser the WWE has ever had. Mysterio, Nunzio, Noble, London, Spanky, Chavo, or any other cruiserweight can touch him. Plus he's bigger than the rest. Look at him in that pic up there. He doesnt look thats undersized next to Joe(270lbs) or Cabana(240lbs). You put him next to HBK and he'll dwarf him....then blow his ass away on the mic. :D

Punk will only be as good as the WWE/nickelodeon script writers let him be, that's the stumbling block here.

No wrestling minds at all there and it's disheartning. Especially when you read what Heyman is doing in OVW, just BRILLIANT stuff.

My question is how do they handle Gibson's/Noble's return? Do they do the rebel thing and have him come back with the ROH around his waist? Maybe as a favor for taking Gibson/Punk and Kendrick?

Do a couple matches defending it as the only title around with prestige and value anymore? Have it defended by people who can work and not the muscle bound gorillas, and have him drop it while later at a ROH show.

IMO, bringing in Gibson again and NOT using the title is a mistake. It's a win/win for both WWE & ROH.

IF he is friends with HHH, he will get a push. That is pretty obvious. Like I said before, he is getting a good payday, don't have to hustle for indy shows, get to see the world on WWE's dime, sounds good to me. Plus he has size, something Vince really likes. I can see him going through the cruiser division. But that isn't exactly fair to the cruisers already there. But being in good with HHH has it's advantages. If he has charisma and not saddled with a crappy gimmick, he should get over with the fans. You are right about the writing though. But at the same time...this Eddy/Rey fued seems like something that Eddy would have thought up on his own. He comes up with the goofiest angles for himself, lol. But hey, it is getting him airtime and PPV pay offs.

As far as Vince losing his touch, I don't think that is the case. Day to day he really doesn't have much to do with the booking other than blessing plans. That is HHH and Steph's job now. I think if Vince was running the show like he used to, things probably would be better. But he is trying to let the kids take the ball and run. Shane on the business side, Steph on the TV side. Looking at the stellar work on the DVDs and Web, I am thinking Shane is winning that sibling rivalry.

I am not too sure about Lesnar. On Observer Live last night, Dave was saying that Brock has no idea what he wants to do still and talks have truthfully broken down. He needs cash, but he really doesn't like wrestling. With Batista and Cena being as over as they are as new champs, I don't think WWE NEEDS Lesnar, so his leverage is not what it once was.

I think the only way that will happen is if ROH wants to do business. Meaning being funded by WWE. Could be a cool talent exchange as well. That is if they want to play ball. But everything I have read about ROH tells me the fans of ROH wouldn't exactly be thrilled with that.

Well there's a probelm withh this. He'll be on the road MORE with WWE than he would be in the indy's. Despite popular belief WWE doesn't pay for the travel expenses, save to occasional chartered trip overseas. All that has to come out of his pocket anyway.

I just wonder if he's done the math on the contract to see if he'd be coming out ahead or simply breaking even.

If he went with TNA and the occasional Japan tour I think he could be better off financially. Most of the times in a Japanese tour the Japanese promoter pays all the travel expenses and still offers a really nice payday for the talent.
TNA, he'd work a few days a month and be able to work the style of match he wants. Is the exposure the same? Not at all, but TNA is on a slight rise and is delivering in the PPV department. We'll see how things go come Oct 1st.

I can't wait to see Punk on TV as I'm not TOO familiar with the majority of his work, I just doubt WWE knowing what to do with him.

As for Lesnar, I don't know who to believe... I'd like to see him back as he could have been the best big man of all time had he stuck with it. With his strength, abiltity and speed he could have been the best... but he threw it away for a pipe dream. Seriously.. why even TRY OUT for the NFL if you haven't played football since highschool 9 years before?

I'm not intentionally trolling, I'm just going to note my shock that people watch wrestling.
By you even coming in here and stating this you are trolling. Hopefully Bish see this and does the appropriate thing and gives you a week vacation.

Don't like wrestling? THEN STAY OUT OF THE WRESTLING THREADS, HALFWIT!

I think the only way that will happen is if ROH wants to do business. Meaning being funded by WWE. Could be a cool talent exchange as well. That is if they want to play ball. But everything I have read about ROH tells me the fans of ROH wouldn't exactly be thrilled with that.

Unless he's gonna defend it against other ROH talent and they give them the time to work and the ability to do what they want I'd rather not see the title anywhere near the WWE. Because quite frankly I wouldnt want the WWE's horribly pathetic work rate to be assaciated with the ROH title.
