Dean is gonna be Dolph Ziggler 2.0 - always near the top, but only a token run actually there.

And honestly, unless he picks up his in-ring performance, I can't say I care to see him at the top.

Sandow lost me as soon as he started mimicking everything Axel was saying.

It seemed like they were going to have him just be himself, gave him his moves back, new tights, new music and then immediately abandoned it.

I think you guys are way too quick to put ceilings on young guys. Dean is 29 for fucks sake. Rollins was midcard for life 18 months ago. The Shield are going to run the main event for the next 2-3 years, believe that!

I dont know heel, i quite enjoy being informed by the crowd when the wrestling product im currently watching is ,in fact, actually "wrestling". Sometimes i forget where i am and think im watching a game of chess.

In 2015, every wrestler should spend an hour a day brainstorming easily chanted catchphrases. That's the surest way for how you get over and how you stay over.

I recommend Dean Ambrose starts saying "nobody puts Deano in a corner" so the crowd will chant DEAN-O. Perhaps calling himself The Wildcard would work better than Lunatic Fringe.

And yeah, I love the LU crowd and really enjoy the commentary team as well.

One thing I realized sitting in the general admission crowd for Takeover and tonight's taping instead of sitting camera side, a lot of those people with the random chants aren't necessarily trying to get themselves over, but just trying to make the three or four friends around them laugh. That's what half the chants seemed like at least.

Speaking of the crowd though,
it felt like Eva Marie's promo tonight got a more brutal reaction than the 2014 and 2015 Royal Rumbles combined.

The "this is awesome chant" is horrific especially when it's used on every other match regardless of the match actually being awesome or not. It's nothing but a meme wrestling fans have latched on to since 2005.

Why is lazy always the default accusation for anything? Developers, wrestlers, phone designers. Do people not think the world is more nuanced or do they assume they default to their own millenial lazy ass.

Seriously, I fail to blame any wrestler solely for promos when they're all scripted. Deans slide has coincided with a slide in the quality of the show in general.
