But going back to the NXT fan problem, I noticed some interesting things in the Observer's report from last night's TV taping at "Full Sail University."
So Eva Marie, in good faith, does a promo putting over the lady wrestlers, and is rewarded by the fans being complete assholes.
The sheer, utter, audacious hypocrisy of the same fanbase who drowned out KENTA chants with their boos and "Hideo" chants. My god.
I wish I was surprised at the "Full Sail University" fans "reacting big" to the use of a gendered pejorative, but I think this bit really crystallizes everything that is wrong with those miserable people. They pretend they're liberal, cosmopolitan, open-minded, forward-thinking people who just want to have a good time. They like women's wrestling! Then they go and "react big" when one wrestler calls another a bitch, essentially telling him that he is weak like a woman.
Luckily, there's hope:
I'm hoping this becomes a trend. I'm think HHH is starting to realize that NXT deserves a better class of fans. I think his plans to start touring, and taping TV on the road, suggests that he knows how much the "Full Sail University" cretins hurt the product. In the meantime, I'm hoping that they use more plants, shutting out the fucking miscreants who ruin TV, forcing them to go back to wearing wife beaters or "tailgating" or whatever the fuck it is people do in Florida.

I watched the Becky Lynch/Sasha Banks match again, and it was even better on rewatch. MOTYC, probably the best non-Lesnar match in the WWE this year. Sasha has got just about everything down and Becky was great. I just want one more Charlotte/Sasha match before Charlotte gets onto the main roster. I also would love to have the women main event NXT special sometime, they deserve it. Also Sara del Rey is fucking awesome.
It's simple, Ring of Honor is WWE cannon and is highly regarded as the new ECW, TNA was created by a guy that blackmailed Vince for a payday on his way out of the company.
