Trust me it will be a big hardware bump.

That is what I am leaning towards as well, but looking back at 2007 hardware only moved up from 54K to 75K the week Wii Fit came out. Of course, with supply constraints it only could sell about 260K which obviously won't be the case for NSMB Wii.

Nintendo could make a Mario hardware bundle and it would sell like hotcakes. That they didn't do it means for me that they are very confident for the hardware impact this title will have (at least for the holiday season).

L4D2 kinda makes sense. On the PC version half the random people I play with are Japanese guys/girls playing from Japan. The franchise is really taking off over there. Then again, Japan does like Valve. HL2 was popular enough to spawn HL2 The Arcade over there.

Too bad there's no PS3 version, probably would've sold 50-100k.
