schuelma, you have a pretty good talent.

I think we all thought Switch would've sold 100,000+, but it seems they didn't restock as much as we thought.

I'm not sure what to make of Wii U still being higher than Xbox One.

I guess the former is the only console that has Splatoon still.

If Switch is still sold out, those numbers are the best. Who even expected >100K with the limited supplies, were there even sources for that or just gut feelings?

Wow at those MK numbers!
About Switch...stabilizing after the initial fever?
We have for report on almost normal availability in the past days, didn't we?
Doesn't seem to be sold out.

No, pretty sure its still sold out- stock just lasted hours instead of minutes.

Did we? I haven't seen that, only reports that stores were selling quickly and also were sold out pretty early on.

I'm assuming that they are going with the mentality that they are going to automatically secure Japan since there is no other handheld competition and the western market is really important for them.

I agree. I also suspect they are going to have a lot of supply for Splatoon 2 and the weeks after. Like a lot.

Well, it's not like they're completely ignoring Japan either, even if we all thought this week would've seen higher stock.

its obviously better for nintendo to keep shipping relatively average numbers than go high to sustain the "out of stock" allure, as long as they hit a certain number by year end, thats all that matters

100k for golden week is probably the maximum, i wont expect any higher
