Yes in general, but Animal Crossing doing this well is especially sweet to me. I have loved the series since the Gamecube one, watching it do well and then seeing the jump from that level to outright cultural phenomenon that is going to become the best selling game on the console is heartwarming.

It's kinda absurd when Zelda BOTW is bigger than Final Fantasy brand in Japan and also dragon quest 11 on PS4 especially after Zelda BOTW only opened around 230k physically vs Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest on PS4.

PS4 is actually in very short supply at the moment. I don't know how much higher sales would be, but probably not this low.

BoTW was a launch title so by definition its sales were kind of low to start. Nevertheless it has done ridiculously well.
