How is it possible for WiiU to sell worse than Vita? Gaming overall seems so weak in Japan. Except 3DS.

If all DLC came tied to $13 figurines, I'd consider all DLC to be free
Tank Tank Tank in the Top 10 just says it all. Congrats to Platinum Games though, great results.

I'm not sure what to make of these Vita numbers, though. At all. I'm very curious to see how it'll sell once the price officially drops everywhere.

Dear lord.

WiiU is going to keep WiiU'ing isn't it?
Next weeks Vita numbers should explain the increase and if a price cut took effect.
Its possible people just didn't really know and people are not buying a Vita so much for its own Library but for the PSP stuff so its got a sort of 'base' figure every week.

Wow the sales are pretty low. Must have been a really slow weak. Glad Rising is doing well. I wonder how much of an increase PSV will have when the price drop is officially done.

Anyone, considering we've known this gap would be harsh.

As I have said the past few weeks, if it continues to be like this after it actually gets games start coming out (Tanks Tanks Tanks doesn't count as it has been free to play since just after launch), then it has a problem

Pretty great numbers for Rising then. Wouldn't be surprised (unless WW is bomb country) for more from the series and Platinum.

Famitsu no. 30 is Toriko Gourmet Monsters with 2,019 sales.

That is almost as low as last year's no. 30 on the week starting 2012-06-18, Nintendogs+Cat with 2,005 units. There are many releases, so maybe not going under 2k next week, but it still can happen this year. I think it would be a first since 1997.
