So there's potential for the Cliq to be rooted you can already get to the hard reset menu that changes to the root menu when the phone is rooted by holding down the power and menu button.

Just got my Cliq today. After the initial hour where it synced its been fine now. SNESoid and GENEsoid are awesome using the d-pad You have to buy the full app though to enable the d-pad.

Emulators are $3. GameBoid is $4. Well worth it imo.

According to TmoNews, the Cliq is now a cool $99.99 on contract. Thought that was worth a bump, the price has dropped by half after just three months. Compare this to the G1, which didn't drop until almost a year after it launched, and even then, only by $30...

Just thought it was interesting and hopefully bump-worthy.
