yep, one of the saddest stories i've ever heard

ended up pretty much out of his mind in a halfway house

he struggled to get through the end of season 1, and it showed

Wow, had no idea about Michael O'Hare. Explains a lot about how all that played out on the show. At least he was able to make it through the season and the two parter, and have a kid before he passed. RIP.
