Hmm is there a way to have the platinum mix with the lyrics playing during the boss fights? I noticed that they switch and it makes it a bit hard to really appreciate it.

If it's technically impossible to set it above 1080p, even if Platinum has tested such resolutions, there's going to be some disappointed folk. Sorry, Platinum and co. First time PC build and all that, but that's just how this stuff rolls, justified or not.

I don't play above 1080p, but higher resolutions are great for supersampling. I do wonder if JP just means they've not tested/supported anything above, or if it's technically locked. If the latter, won't be surprised if the cap is broken. Usually happens.
 
Can Someone please help me get a copy have stuff to trade just add me on steam, might be able to trade bioshock infinate season pass too
 
Glad I didnt preorder this yesterday! What a disappointment it would have been to not be able to play at my monitor's native resolution.

I can't tell if you're being serious or not.
My monitors run at 2304x1440 and 2560x1440, but that won't stop me taking advantage of the sale price and waiting for the inevitable MGRfix (whether it comes from Durante or someone else) that uncaps the resolution.

Yep, and more. Boss Rush mode, and you can view all the cutscenes and codec calls from the main menu.

Oh, I've done that too. And Silent Hill 1? That's a bit old to ever happen, plus fans have already done it. SH2-4 should be on GOG, no question. They could make up for the HDC fiasco by just doing that.

As for MGS, I did say "and other titles from here on out".

And Downpour was a good game - reasons explained in the link. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
 
So based on this thread if I don't mind playing at 720p/30 fps there's a good chance I'll be able to run the game with less than the recommended minimum specs?

If so I'll buy now and take my chances. 20$ is a great deal for this.
 
Pre ordered. I loved to bits DMC4, awesome port. I love all PG's works, and imho, they are one of the best developers of last gen. Great titles from them.

I dont care if it doesnt support resolution above 1080p. Frankly, its not the only game, other titles as well have issues with resolutions above it.

Full hd is standard, then as long as i can keep 120fps / 1080p ill be fine.

Just, dont screw up PG. Dont. Just...dont. Optimize the game decently and let me be happy.

Also someone tells nvidia to make a sli profile for it, or ill be mad.

Btw is so cheap...how can someone pass this up. Ive played a bit of the 360 version and theres so much content for €13 that i feel im stealing something.

Hoping this means that someone will finally get a clean version of the Platinum mix of Red Sun. Really didn't like the remix that they put on the album instead.
 
Bought. I hope this sells well and encourages both Konami and Platinum Games to bring more of their games to PC.

I cancelled my Amazon order and bought through Steam, the talk of region locking makes me think it's not really worth the risk.

it seems nobody is willing to take the chance to buy it from out of america. i'm worried about the key from amazon because if they are doing region locks with cd keys then there is a possibility that the one from amazon is locked to america too

so far from other forums, it activates fine in south america, north america, central america and canada

edit: getgamesgo have the game as well and they are doing the pre load. i might switch to them

I was not going to buy it since I had already played the PS3 version, but for 16 bucks? I'm soooo in. I also gave my ps3 copy to a friend so I never got a chance to play the DLC or VR missions, I'll also play it on a harder difficulty now.

Thanks for the info. Been trying to get it off steam using vpn and stuff but nothing worked.
 
So it seems the issue is Asian paypal accounts being blocked by nuuvem.
