He looks like a zombie. During skull for skull you'll see the zombie stuff which are pretty much hallucinations. I think he's also Ishmael from the first reveal. They could be the same entity.

There is something going on. Its about 2 phantoms. And we've seen 2 different Snakes. Venom Snake and Punished Snake. Its like he has 2 personalities or goes through a drastic change and he keeps some sort of Tyler durden with him.

I dunno but this will be the most psychedelic entry.

Interesting. Time of day effects the cutscenes too. When Kaz was coming off the Chopper it was near sundown in the E3 2013 trailer, then midday during E3 2014, and now later afternoon on this trailer.
