Currently polling second in Australia's federal election (first in the Gold Coast), this feral may one day be your Bogan King.
Totally recommend it! Peace Walker is my favorite game; it's grind-heavy, but also incredibly rewarding -- if you pick it up, post in the Community or something and let us know, a few of us religiously engage in CO-OPs with newcomers!
I wish. Need to get a PS3 first though. Looks like I'll have to wait until PC port :(

Ah, damn! I will say, though, even though MGSV is pretty much a more in-depth, open world version of PW, I'd still recommend playing it someday (even after TPP); it is a great game and deserves to be played!!

Can anyone tell me how tall Big Boss is?

It was said in MGS3 that he was 6'5, but when he is standing next to Ocelot near the end of the game, he looks to be the same height (6'0). The MG2:SS manual listed him at 5'11, while his MGS1 profile had him at 6'3.

So, who knows! But he's played by Kiefer now, so he will probably be 5'9!

Yeah, Big Boss' dick-back was one of the first things that came to mind in that gameplay video from last year. Wonder if it was intentional (of course it was intentional, LOOK AT IT. IT'S A FUCKING PENIS).

6'3 would be the perfect height to me. I'm tired of playing as short people (sorry short people) when I'm not short myself. 5'10-11 isn't so bad.

A few pages back I think people were talking about graphics etc. I think this being an sandbox type of game and at 1080p at 60 fps looks fantastic and it nails all the small details some developers neglect. I am kind of glad this is a cross gen game 1. Because more people will get to enjoy Kojimas last Metal Gear game :(, 2. If this was just current gen they would push the graphics, and the game would be more of a looker however it would most likely be 1080p and only 30fps on ps4 with dips as well, I am more excited it is a full 1080 at 60fps, it will be the smoothest metal gear to date.

Game is going to be so damn good. Kojima is blessed. People talk about hit cut scenes but when it comes to gameplay I feel like it's easy to forget that he's one of the kings.

I hope it gets darker at night than what was shown here. It seemed darker in GZ, adds to the atmosphere and sneakiness.

MGSV is actually a commentary of forced recruitment, slavery, and human trafficking. At the end of the game you face a Sorrow type boss fight where you fight through waves of every solider you ever fultoned, and the torture scene is Glaz and Palitz cutting off your finger.

Hope it lives up to expectations, it's looking pretty good... but "Do it - defecate" really?

I don't like the HUD style, feels kind of cheap.

And the headshot + 1 text pop-up on the left... it's like a doom mod.

Can't wait to see some lush forest sections...like they showed in the fox engine tech demo...the graphics are looking a bit plain sometimes.

This looks so amazing. The amount of different ways you can tackle even a simple mission like this is really promising.

Ok I wasn't a fan of the open world stuff but it does allow for some neat stuff. I'll have to spend some quality time with this game but I'll need to resist just spamming magazines

I love the single "Yah!" (or however it's spelled) sound byte as he's on the horse. Borderline comical. They couldn't have at least recorded two? :lol

Nah. No 360 game has lighting as good as this. Lighting in the game separates it from the last gen pack pretty easily. The hit it takes on last gen versions is noticeable as someone that played GZ on ps3 and ps4.

Normally I can't stand chromatic aberration, but Fox Engine's implementation looks so fucking good.

Such a shame it'll go to waste, but we'll always have this game.
