Sweet. I also really love the idea of having just one gigantic base which you can infiltrate from whatever direction you desire. I'll be replaying this a lot I think!
Just finished MGS3 some time ago and now I just started Peace Walker. Hopefully I can beat Peace Walker before the 18th!

Huh, just like me, but i already finished PW on HD collection (well, its was not very good, but not bad either, 5 chapter is especially ridiculous), but MGS3 took me 30 hours to beat (my second playthrough) on hard, such a great game!

Lol, wasn't expecting this response. But no, that's not the reason. I actually own a PS4, PS3 and 360 myself. It's just seems logical since it's a seperate release on a different platform. Also, I wouldn't think the console owners would appreciate it if I start flooding that thread with talk about resolutions, graphical settings, technical issues....

Usually there are separate OTs for cases like these, yes.
I don't want to see the full play through, but I'll definitely watch the first 5 or 10 mins of it.
Also this whole price debate is meaningless at the moment since it it launching at the start of the Steam sale, so no ideas on price but it will almost certainly be discounted on the 18th and perhaps encore day

Hope they talk about the price.
Probably the best in the series and maybe in the genre. Open-world game design + MGS works perfectly together, and the new controls and mechanics add a lot to that.

There have been many screenshots released. It's a big big difference compared to the best console version.

There was an image with a slider on it. That one made it even more apparent. Upgrade is off the charts, and here i thought PS4 version looked amazing.
