Broke terms of the search warrant on Neverland.
Changed the dates of alleged molestation THREE TIMES!
Leaked information to the media constantly.

This was used in court in 2005 and nothing came of it because it's nothing, the prosecution had nothing. Tabloid trash trotted out 4 days before the anniversary of his death.

Yeah and it will always be like this. I;ve now seen enough comments from folks that make me not even want to bother with this shit anymore. Too many times have i tried to let people see it from another point of view, the more educated point of view, the point of view from a person whom did lots of research instead of parrroting everything the media says and believing it right away.
At this point it's just a huge waste of time. For myself...i just know...ok hold on...i can never know, but not for a second do i believe the guy had it in him to hurt a child.

When police were investigating, child services investigating and the media in uproar we're meant to believe MJ decided 'I'm innocent, but I'll abuse the child so the police investigation isn't in vain'? It's something not well known. The alleged molestation occurred AFTER the Bashir documentary and it makes no sense.
You also realise that MJ actually wanted nothing to do with the Arvizo's. He only wanted them for the documentary. Contact had long stopped and he never gave them his new number until Bashir was filming. He'd discovered that they were a bunch of money grabbing scum bags who staff hated.

The thing that was way off with Michael Jackson was that he had a rough upbringing a sought to fix that by spending a lot of time with children, some of whom were not family members, this was a grave mistake on his part. Two children's parents exploited his frankly reckless, child-like mentality on his own behaviour.
Just to add anybody citing Bashir is laughable. There's a 'Take Two' documentary which showed Bashir to be two faced. The legitimacy of the Bashir contract is highly questionable as well.
This man took the witness stand, committed perjury, and hid behind the journalistic shield's law. When the going got tough Bashir lost his bollocks and refused to answer questions. A molestation had supposedly taken place yet Bashir wasn't interested in helping one bit.
