I think Phil Spencer also tweeted about the game not that long ago, maybe we'll hear that orb sound at E3 or reveal event.

Halo 5 is a horrible launch. You do know Halo 4 jus released 3 months ago and Spartan Ops is an episodic campaign only finishing the first season.

Halo has been a yearly franchise since Halo 3 ODST. Maybe they're ready for next-gen?

But Sonic Adventure 3 and Midnight Madness 3. For a 720 launch title?

I'm sure you personally like the titles but just curious why would these have anything to do with a Microsoft console launch?

Well, Midtown Madness 3 was one of the best games for the original Xbox Live service, and it's owned by Microsoft. Alas, it seems like they wanna bring Project Gotham back instead.

Sonic Adventure has nothing to do with Microsoft, but I sure would love to see Sega support any console launch like they did Dreamcast.

I am really excited to see what MS has in store for us. I have a strong belief that they graduated 4th grade game making and came up with a new IP that doesn't involve ridiculous armor.

Sony blew me away with nostalgia and their general humbleness. I expect Microsoft to attempt and blow me away with big name celebrities, live acts and DEVELOPERS DEVELOPERS DEVELOPERS. If they go that route, I won't be impressed.

I'm guessing that Halo 5 will be released in 2014 or 2015. Maybe they'll release a remake or a spinoff before Halo 5 though.
