I find this very hard to believe unless MS plans to use the general family of chips in multiple different device families with varying levels of performance.

For example, desktop systems, "Xbox", laptops, Azure servers could utilize "Magnus" chips but layout of the actual chiplets, performance characteristics, power consumption and more would be different.

I couldn't tell you what the current line up of Xbox consoles are called, after Xbox One the naming went to shit that I gave up remembering. It was also the last Xbox I bought so I guess I gave up on more than just remembering the name.

They've had 5 years with Series X to make good on their promises of software and never came through. That's not going to magically change with a new console. You'd think buying studios would help with consistently putting out games, but it's been the opposite.
