Good god. The way the daily login bonuses work is infuriating. Instead of checking per calendar day (which would be the sensible way to do it ), it actually waits until 24 hours have past. But I don't get a chance to time it like that every day. For a Nintendo product, there are some awful design decisions.

Are you sure? I'm pretty certain I always get the bonus at around the same time every morning. I've been doing this every day since the app was released, think I would have noticed if it kept pushing the check-in time back every day.

Yeah pretty sure. I log in anywhere between 2am and 3.30am and I'm now 6 days behind the actual date. I logged in at 3am yesterday but 2am today and no bonus, and that is the pattern I usually see 😕

NOA operates on pacific time so it wouldn't surprise me if that's what's happening

I'm going to stay up late tonight to play Pokemon so I'll check in at 3 am and see if I get the bonus lol.

The log in bonus definitely doesn't reset 24 hours after you last entered, but at a fixed hour each day. I always enter at different times and still get the bonus.

I'm pretty sure it's the calendar day plus 3h GMT. Waiting 24h would constantly move the refresh time back.

What? It definitely is based on calendar day. It just doesn't reset at midnight local time. I think it's UTC +/- 0 or something. But yeah, I'm literally positive it's calendar day.

Really it shouldn't be a problem as long as you know exactly what time it is. If it's 3 am as I suspected, just make sure you login at 2:30 am every night and you'd always get it. I think because you were logging in anywhere between 2:30 and 3:30, that might have caused the confusion.

What? You have 24 hours to do it from the reset, so it literally wouldn't matter at all what time the reset is, because no matter when it is you have the exact same sized window. And it's not arbitrary... It's so every resets at once, rather than per time zone.

Sidekick showcase is the same as outfit central, just with a name search.
You can now set your NAcc Mii to your Miitomo one.

My wifi is currently horrible, can't check out if you get something for posting sidekicks.
- So you do get a tenner per day for posting a Mii. I'll take them, but won't create a new Mii every day, wtf! You will see the Mii within its room and eventually some manually selected answers.
