Did anybody buy the Mario outfit from My Nintendo? Can you choose just to use Miitomo coins and not your Platinum coins??

I did, it takes them out of Platinum Coins first for some reason. Made me sad.

Also, apparently someone blocked me because my Mii is not female (but has long hair)! Such shallowness! This isn't tindr, guys. lol!

It takes them out of whatever you earned first. Miitomo coins and platinum are the same thing, just with a different icon. It's done this way so you use them up in order of expiry.

It just didn't seem logical that they wouldn't take the ones with the Miitomo graphic for the Miitomo rewards to me. I mean, lots of stuff is illogical for no reason, but sometimes it just baffles me. Anyway...

Some of my friends don't have the app yet. Once they get it, if I update my Facebook list in the app will they show up before all the "friends of friends" it recommends me?

From what I've gathered, the Miitomo photo that is shared is counted as a "question" under the Recent Photo of Me, and only the last one you took is shared. It seems like sometimes it takes a little bit of time for it to be shared after you've taken it.

Half-unrelated, but noticed they use "his" for female miis. Don't remember selecting a male/female choice, but Nintendo, c'mon.

Maybe you just have crossdressing Miis, because they use the pronouns assocoated with the gender you choose at the beginning.

Considering that they only last six months, having it automatically use the oldest ones first is definitely in your best interest.

So yeah, the Miifoto stuff is fun but even that novelty wears out after a while. With the weird restrictions and relatively shallow amount of content, I don't see this having much in the way of longevity. I'm just hear for daily coins at this point.

The sure fire way is to change your outfit, make a miifoto and then save it. Next, click on your mii and then click on their head. They should mention how you just made a picture and if you want to share it.

I don't know where the FAQ is, but candy is used to see answers without them automatically coming up in your queue.

But now my friend section wont even load so I can't delete people. I wanted to add people from twitter

Depends, if you're talking about sharing with friends in general through your phone outside Miitomo, you tap the miifoto, then tap share, then choose your communication/social media app of choice. If you want to share the miifoto through miitomo you have to either update your "recent shot of me" answer, or through comments on other people's answers. "Recent shot of me" answers can't use existing miifotos (unless you save them to your device and use it as a background), and you can't hide your body in them.

What a wasted opportunity...come on Nintendo.

I'm really surprised to see Miitomo made it up to #73 on the US top grossing chart. I have no idea how much money that'd have to be, but considering how limited the spending options are at the moment, that seems pretty decent.

The list on Twitter has 711 members, 444 subscribers. The spreadsheet has 280.

I don't know about how much overlap there is.

I'm a bit annoyed at this app right now. One of my friends got it, linked their Facebook, but like I thought, I can't find him. My friends section lists a bunch of friends of friends, but nobody on my Facebook or Twitter. What can I do?
